The staff is friendly, the building is quite clean, but some of the facilities are a bit under-maintained, for example, the playground area, where the mats are worn out.

The hotel's location is strategic.
The swimming pool water is dirty, and the breakfast is less than appealing for a 4-star hotel.
The lighting in the room is minimal, and the balcony has a locked door that won't open. The curtains are thin, allowing sunlight to penetrate the room in the morning.

It's a far cry from Duou. A 4-star hotel, but you have to leave your ID card at the front desk upon check-in and pick it up upon check-out. A maximum of one towel per room is allowed at the pool. The air conditioning in the rooms hasn't been serviced for a long time, so it's not very cool during the day.

One downside to my stay was that the toilet leaked water from my room, making it muddy.
The AC in the room also made noise occasionally.
Other than that, everything was great: friendly staff, clean room, delicious food, and a beautiful view from the restaurant at breakfast.
