Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to that beautiful view every morning was a dream. The staff were so friendly and efficient, always ready to help. And the food? Delicious! They really have all the facilities you could ask for: a gym, a fantastic pool, and a relaxing jacuzzi. The view is really great and the healing atmosphere is there. When we first entered the room, it wasn't working but we immediately helped to fix it. It was just that when we were about to sleep, there was one light that couldn't be turned off. The downside is that it can be fixed, but we didn't want to bother, so that was it. Hopefully, the facility management can be checked again and renovated to make it even better.

The ambiance of this hotel is incredibly soothing. The beautiful beach is clearly visible from the hotel. The view is amazing. The hotel staff is friendly. The room space is comfortable. Happy to be able to stay here. Definitely will stay at paradise again if visiting Likupang. The only minus is the hotel food which tastes a bit lacking but is pricey.

first of all, kesan pertama yang saya dapatkan adalah saya kecewa dengan Jam Check In yang diberikan hotel. saya sampai memang terlambat sekitar pukul 15.30 WITA di lokasi; which mean saya pikir saya sudah rugi membuang satu setengah jam waktu check in saya karena terlambat. tetapi apa yang saya dapatkan? malah ketika saya sampai, ternyata kamar saya BELUM READY. singkat cerita saya menunggu sampai pukul 17.20 WITA baru saya mendapatkan kamar. pengalaman menginap pertama kali ditempat ini dengan sangat buruk. TETAPI, sebagai permintaan maaf mereka dikarenakan keesokan harinya sudah hari kerja (yang dimana pasti akan sedikit tamu yang mau menginap di hari kerja) mereka mengatakan bahwa saya bisa Check Out pada pukul 17.00 WITA. well.. pengalaman pertama check in memang sangat buruk. tetapi mereka bertanggung jawab dengan kelalaian mereka. jadi setidaknya saya cukup terobati menginap ditempat ini.

Room 223. The water outlet in the bathroom was clogged, the water pooled on the floor when taking a shower. The AC was not cold enough, the bicycle guard was not on standby even though I had written my name at the reception. The beach view was nice. Check-out time was too early, 11:00. The room next to the one where the pre-wedding photos were being taken, it was so noisy that the sound of the table and chairs being moved could be heard all the way to my room.

the bathroom drain was clogged...the hotel CS was all slow, check in time was at 14, check out time was at 11 spare 3 hours but entered the hotel at 14.30
ordered dinner at 18.00 (asked for it to be delivered to the room) only delivered at 20.30, the menu choices that were sold out were changed without confirmation, the food was delivered after calling back and forth and finally we went down to the restaurant ourselves, in each hallway there were no directions to the room, many of the lifts were broken

View from our rooms are 💯 unbelievably wonderful, stunning!! Great facilities to enjoy the beach: comfortable gazebo and swing. At night so many lamps are on lighting up the whole yards making it so bright and we can have very nice pictures at the colorful glows of swings. Unfortunately there are some leaks in the bathroom: plumbing of the sink and jetwasher.

A hotel with a very beautiful view according to the name of the hotel Paradise, there are many activities that children can do, there is a playground, unique swings, a large swimming pool, and a beach, the children are very happy, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, informative and very helpful, the breakfast is delicious, although there is less variety but I think it is very sufficient, I have stayed here 3 times and everything is fun, hopefully it will remain consistent 😀🙏👍
