Customer service: fast response, friendly, helpful. Wifi connection: fast, indihome remote hard to control. Swimming pool: well maintained, open during pandemic with limited to 5 people. Recommend to get room by the pool at 2nd floor for easy access to the pool. Please be warned that the 2nd floor is a smoking area. So the alleyway outside the front door rooms smell like a cigarette a little bit. But the room smell was fine. Didn't smell any cigarette inside room or the pool. Air conditioning: cold, working perfectly. Shower water: adjustable. Cold / warm / hot, pleasant bathroom experience. Asthetics: homey design, peaceful and calming mood. Location: there's not many places to go on foot nearby the hotel but at least its located on a quiet street. Just stayed at the hotel most of the time. Price: best money values spend for that peace of mind. Bed quality: perfect, sturdy, soft. Food service: there's restaurant called outpost at the lobby which open 24/7 for hotel visitor, tried pizza and it was nice, price little bit at the top for some food and average for others. Caffe latte caramel is nice. Will definitely come here again once a while when I'm bored at home.

Just stay for 1 night with my daughter. Room quite big and clean with a balcony pool view. Bathroom (unfortunately no hairdryer and 1 towel smelly but it's okay, not a big deal). Good swimming pool (no kids pool anyway, huhu). Ordered fried rice, the taste was delicious. Overall this hotel really awesome, ambience so lovely and staff very helpful & friendly.

I really enjoyed my staycation here, my fave place to relax in South Jakarta. Room is spacious each room has its own balcony, not too crowded. complete amenities and friendly staff, will surely comeback!

I love the atmosphere! Yeay for really sure, comfort and everything's good! Nice staff, big room, good bed, and of course the breakfast taste was very good! I love it

Great value-for-money hotel with a strategic location. This is my 10th or 11th stay, and I would definitely come back. I just wish the rooms were more soundproof, as we could always hear voices from the neighboring room.

It was very comfortable staying here. After making a reservation via the app, Kak Rika helped me to request the room area and type of bed. Because the hotel environment is not close to the highway, it is not noisy. Plus, the pool area is really nice. Will stay here again. Thank you Park 5.

I have always loved my stay here! The rooms facing the green areas in Fatmawati (still don't know what the place is called, to be honest) are always pleasant and a breath of fresh air amidst Jakarta's overcrowding. The breakfast menu was not only varied but also good! The hotel being situated just a short distance from the MRT station is also a significant advantage!

This photo I took from the balcony of the Asri room, the view is green even though it is in the middle of the city. Staying here, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable... The staff is very friendly and very helpful for me who is in the process of treatment at the hospital... Thanks Park 5...
