Excellent service, good food, clean rooms, functioning toilets, towels and toiletries available, free coffee and tea for guests that can be enjoyed anytime, near the walking station, near the culinary center. Just walk to the square, very nice.

Kamar suite untuk harga yang sesuai, pelayanan staff ramah dan pak parkir yang sangat membantu, tetapi sarapannya sangat seadanya, tak ada rasa dan variasinya, dianjurkan pesan nasi goreng plus telur ceplok saja👍. Lokasinya yang banyak tempat kuliner di sekelilingnya, 🙏

Secara tempat cukup strategis depan stasiun kereta dan kuliner cukup banyak. Hanya saja jam tidur terganggu dengan suara anjing menggonggong yang cukup lama, dari rumah di sebelah hotel. Disarankan pihak hotel agar bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik kepada tetangga sebelah. Untuk sarapan tidak dinikmati karena harus segera kembali ke Surabaya.

Tidak sesuai dengan yang ditawarkan, di foto dapet kulkas tapi kenyataannya zonk gak ada kulkas. Kamar lembap tidak ada celah matahari sedikitpun masuk. Berasa sesak nafas di kamar. Makanan juga minimalis sekali, yang makan berdua lauknya tinggal ayam 1 dan diganti telor ceplok 😩. Dengan harga 400 ribu sangat mengecewakan.

Great hotel! Some rooms looked new and already had been repaired, but some still looked old. The food on breakfast 's menu was boring, maybe the hotel could provide some more variety foods.
