I ordered on Traveloka and it turned out to be managed by RedDoorz. When I was confused, the security guard told me where to go, but there was no receptionist, so I had to wait 10 minutes for the process. The bathroom door wouldn't close and was already rotten. The sheets had blood stains on them.

The hotel management and parking regulations are not the same. When errors occur, there is no attempt to provide humane assistance and it seems like everything is done by the system. The cleanliness of the sheets is also not clean, the room is also not soundproof (noise can be heard) from the next room, in addition, there are also small cockroaches in the room that come out at night. This is the first and last experience staying there and will not choose a place to stay again.

Sorry I didn't document the room area, I came to stay in 2 rooms because I was with my family. I was very disappointed because the room was dusty, the mattress was dusty, it smelled of sweat, the bathroom door was broken sliding d'Or and my child's room was wet like water seepage but I don't know where. The car park inside is a bit. Disappointed and will not come here again

Very bad apartment. Interior design is below average, bathroom area walls are full of mold and peeling. The lights are not bright enough. If you bring a car, you will be charged 100 thousand for parking because the apartment is located in the Golden City Mall area. You can get around this by going out and parking again after 12 midnight. I immediately left the apartment after getting a much better place to stay. Rather than not being able to sleep. The price of 200 thousand is really not worth it for the condition of the room I got.

Akses untuk ke hotel ribet, toilet tidak ada keset. Bantal kempes dan seprai bed kotor selimut? Hanya ada kain tipis sangat tidak rekomen meskipun harga murah tp ini tidak sesuai menurut saya.

Hotel tidak ada wifi, ada wifi, tidak ada heater, tidak ada sendal hotel. Tidak ada sabun mandi. Air kamar mandi gak ada air panasnya. Tidak ada telpon jadi kalau mau tanya ke resepsionis harus naik turun lift dulu.

Yes, it's just standard, more like a simple apartment, it can't be called a hotel either. Friendly service is okay, cleanliness is also okay, inside you get 2 mineral water but you don't get soap, card access for the lift and power in the room for door locks still use the usual ones. The bonus is if you get a room with a good view, that's not bad.

I got a room on the 15th floor where the neighbors were very noisy in the middle of the night, the water came out a little, the bathroom just when I entered it smelled of urine, the bathroom was also dark and there were tomcats, but the service, sir, at the RCP was really good, please keep it clean! And the location, if you follow the map from the application, is actually in the next alley where there are lots of chickens and is a dead end, you should be given an explanation of entering from the mall, so you don't get lost if you don't know the area there 🙏.
