Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful pool but very basic rooms

Great place to stay. Staff is friendly, a lot of services included. Room and common areas are nice and clean. There is only one note: WiFi is not great so if you plan to take calls or do some work don’t rely on WiFi too much.

Incredible stay, such warm and helpful staff, great breakfast, lovely and quiet hotel. Can’t fault it! I’d definitely recommend here.

Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night whilst visiting Bali but would loved to have stayed for longer.

Very nice hotel, nice poolarea. Good food. The beach on this side is not so good for swimming (many corals) so you need to rent a bike and go to the otherside if you like to swim in the ocean. But a really nice place to stay if you want it quiet.

This was a great place to stay for 3 days in Gili Tragwan. The location is on the other side of the island from the port so it was much more quiet than other areas. The food at the restaurant was very good. The Staff was amazing! Roy the bartender/ server did an excellent job serving us and definitely cares about the level of service he provides ! He remembered our names every time we saw him and if we needed anything he was quick to help. Overall a great experience at this hotel. Will book again next time I’m in Gili T!

This was such an immaculate, beautiful hotel to stay for our visit to Gili T. The staff were excellent. The rooms, pool, location to the beach was perfect. Far away from the noise of the centre. Easy to rent a bike for around 50idr for 12 hours or you can have a 24hr rental. Long walk from the harbour but the paths through the middle of the island are great and easy to navigate. The breakfast was good. The rooms were of an excellent size and had beautiful balconies to sit and relax. Rooms and hotel were even better than we thought they would be. I would definitely come back to Gili T just to stay here.

This resort is STUNNING in all regards - from the architectural design and decor, which is in keeping with an Indonesian beach theme whilst holding international hotel standards. The room was well-appointed and had a generous balcony overlooking the main pool area. The room lights are electronically controlled from a single remote and the air con was quiet and efficient. The staff are AMAZING - very friendly, and professional and do everything in their power to ensure your stay is the best. The restaurant above the reception area and across the road (beachside) offers very tasty and well-presented food. The breakfast; which was included in my room rate; was al a carte, so it was fresh and tasty with a good selection to choose from - honestly, the food was as good as the resort! I loved the swim-up bar in the pool facing the sea - you can enjoy the sunset each day from this spot or join the many on the beach in front, lounging on bean bags. The resort is situated a short distance from the village area, meaning you can enjoy peace and quiet yet a quick cycle (approx 10 minutes) will have you in the busy village if you so choose. The resort offers easy bike hire at a very nominal fee (approx $5NZD for 12 hours). I was travelling solo and I felt safe and at peace at this resort I highly recommend it to others, whether you're a couple/family or solo!

Coming to the Pearl Sunset Resort is a chance to spend time among staff who are well versed in the art of compassionate listening and behavior. That might be the true meaning of a resort--a space where you can feel taken care of. It's inspiring, as I think that is a beautiful way to live--to be kind, considerate and attentive to others. Watching the staff here can inspire a person to realize that what we say, how we speak, and how we act can impact those around us. I think the art of good living is about that--to be mindful of the moment and act with good intentions in the moment. The staff at Pearl Sunset Resort do that.

Great accommodation. Liked the location, great for sunset views. Friendly staff. Fantastic place to relax. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful location. Was only sad we didn't stay there long enough.
