The hotel is nice and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the cleanliness is okay, but the wifi is difficult to find, and the soundproofing isn't good, so you can hear people talking all the way to the lobby, haha. Overall, it's good.

The hotel is good, clean, the room is quite good, the AC works, the toilet is also clean, the TV can be turned on, the water heater works but it takes a long time to really heat up, what was booked at that time was a Suite Room, okay, it's good. Happy with the receptionist who is also friendly and smiles a lot, overall it's okay for the price of 350-400 thousand. Recommend choosing this hotel. only, the parking is inadequate, especially for motorbikes, I've removed it. Thank you

Most suitable for backpackers, or just to sleep while in Bandung. The building is quite old or old-fashioned but still well maintained. It doesn't feel scary either. Just ordinary. I don't know if I'm alone. Because I was with a friend. There is only 1 power outlet. The TV works but the TV box didn't when I stayed. But because it's just for sleeping, it doesn't matter. The bathroom is simple and clean with hot water. This is the important thing. Comfortable, soft, clean mattress. There is wifi. The hotel is close to the UPI campus (using public transportation/gojek) and Gerlong, the culinary center of UPI children. In conclusion. This hotel is enough for those of you who want to spend a full day walking around (e.g. From dawn to 9 pm just go home) around Lembang, Cihampelas, Dago, and need a hotel to sleep and shower only. Pilatus hotel will be enough.

Actually, the officers are quite friendly, but the rules are very strict. You can't even borrow cutlery. Even if you want to extend for 3 hours, they won't give you any, even though the posted rules state that you can extend for 3 hours with a specified charge.

It's also good, not bad for just staying overnight. But the bathroom facilities are only one, at least 2 would be fine. The bathroom is clean, but why is the top open like that, even though the circulation is sufficient from the window. Friendly service. The AC is a bit noisy.
