I think this is the best hotel in bromo. Stay there for family vacation. Beautiful scenery from balcony. Will be back again for next vacation. Hotel's staffs are very kind. Must use jacket when above 2 p. M. (Coldest temp. At night is 13 celcius). The hot water in bathroom is always available.

upgrade my room from mezzanine to deluxe type of room. Comfortable, clean and nice view from the balcony. We really enjoy our stay at Plataran Bromo!

Its nice hotel with nature, have a friendly staff. But with the package going to Bromo should more well prepared and more profesional to arrange for driver and the destination. The noisy motorcycle, already annoying when early morning from the bedroom, room its not really sound proof from outside. The bottle water is pretty nice design, but not hygenic, cause some the bottle cap already changing color a greenish. Other this, everything on this hotel are nice

Very sad because of the rain, we can't go there and there was issue that since nyepi, bromo area will be close no, activity, since I already buy this voucher long time ago and didn't know about this situation, I call hotel for solution but they ask me to ask to app, but since I buy this voucher can't be refund so no help. Just feel"kecewa".

Can't be refund and can't go to hotel because floading. Hotel asking me to ask to app about it but app can't give refund because the, policy that I buy this voucher not refundable even we already at bromo area.

The hotel is generally amazing, except the food. Ordered pizza and truly disappointed because the pizza dough was too hard, almost biscuit-like, the topping was substandard, did not look like restaurant-grade pizza. It was not delicious. The breakfast was okay, not much in taste or choice of food. Do not hope for cappucinno for breakfast. The room was in a cottage on the top floor and still need to walk lot of stairs. After a long day in Bromo, it was to exhausting to walk up to the room. For someone who is short and short-sighted, the mirrors in the room are too far, thus useless. No full body mirror.
