The location was great in the center of Surabaya, near to viral cafe/resto in Tunjungan street and only 40 minutes to the airport. The staff from the front desk to housekeeper were superb. Room was convenient.

Always stop by here when I want to go to Tunjungan, the room is clean, the smart TV is also complete with Netflix, Prime, etc. Check in was also fast, assisted by Mrs. Delinda and also Mrs. Clara who are always helpful every time I stay there, thank you

Great service, all staff are friendly, check-in/out time is also fast, breakfast is varied. If you want a beautiful city view, choose the executive room. Exit the hotel directly from Jalan Tunjungan and can be walked to the TP, highly recommended for those who like to walk. I left something at check-out, the service was excellent, helped deliver it to your home. Hotel Platinum is the best, if you go to Surabaya, you will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Junior Suite Platinum Hotel Surabaya and my experience was very satisfying. The room was spacious, clean, and felt luxurious from the moment I entered. The modern interior design with a warm feel makes it comfortable for resting or working.
What I liked:
• Spacious and comfortable room – separate sleeping area from sitting area, perfect for families or staycations.
• Very soft mattress – I slept soundly.
• Large bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, fast hot water and good water pressure.
• Beautiful view of Surabaya city from the bedroom window.
• Complete amenities – fast internet, comfortable sofa, and spacious work desk.
Service:
The staff was friendly and responsive. Check-in was fast, and room needs were also handled promptly.
Breakfast:
The menu options were numerous and delicious. The variety ranged from Indonesian and Western to pastries.

The room was comfortable, but the soundproofing wasn't enough. I often heard noise from the next room, which was quite disturbing for those who wanted to rest.
As for breakfast, there were so many options, it was confusing to choose. 😊 -this is a real highlight-
Regarding the motorcycle parking, it wasn't high enough for someone under 175cm and wasn't spacious enough.
As for the friendliness of the staff, it was very good.
The TV often cut out, probably due to the network.
The receptionist said it was always busy with families on weekends, and it was indeed busy.
You couldn't go wrong choosing a place to hang out during the crazy heat of Surabaya.

I stayed at the Junior Suite Platinum Hotel Surabaya and my experience was very satisfying. The room was spacious, clean, and felt luxurious from the moment I entered. The modern interior design with a warm feel makes it comfortable for resting or working.

• Spacious and comfortable room – separate sleeping area from sitting area, perfect for families or staycations.
• Very soft mattress – I slept soundly.
• Large bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, fast hot water and good water pressure.
• Beautiful view of Surabaya city from the bedroom window.
• Complete amenities – fast internet, comfortable sofa, and spacious work desk.

The staff was friendly and responsive. Check-in was fast, and room needs were also handled promptly.
Breakfast:
The menu options were numerous and delicious. The variety ranged from Indonesian and Western to pastries.

Very comfortable mattress and pillows .. shower works well .. everything is okay including breakfast .. only the AC is not cold enough .. already called the technician but the AC is still not cold .. overall good and I can repeat staying there again ..

The room was comfortable, but the soundproofing wasn't enough. I often heard noise from the next room, which was quite disturbing for those who wanted to rest.
As for breakfast, there were so many options, it was confusing to choose. 😊 -this is a real highlight-
Regarding the motorcycle parking, it wasn't high enough for someone under 175cm and wasn't spacious enough.
As for the friendliness of the staff, it was very good.
The TV often cut out, probably due to the network.
The receptionist said it was always busy with families on weekends, and it was indeed busy.
You couldn't go wrong choosing a place to hang out during the crazy heat of Surabaya.
