The location was great in the center of Surabaya, near to viral cafe/resto in Tunjungan street and only 40 minutes to the airport. The staff from the front desk to housekeeper were superb. Room was convenient.

Great service, all staff are friendly, check-in/out time is also fast, breakfast is varied. If you want a beautiful city view, choose the executive room. Exit the hotel directly from Jalan Tunjungan and can be walked to the TP, highly recommended for those who like to walk. I left something at check-out, the service was excellent, helped deliver it to your home. Hotel Platinum is the best, if you go to Surabaya, you will definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was satisfactory. However, in room 2115, I could hear the toilet flushing sound coming from the water pipe almost every five minutes. It was very annoying.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Platinum Tunjungan Hotel. It's easy to access, close to the city bus stop. All the staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The food is delicious and varied. There's a playground for children on the 18th floor. We waited about 15 minutes from check-in until the room was ready. The junior suite room doesn't have a very attractive view, as it doesn't face Jalan Tunjungan. At night, you can walk around the hotel and explore the many cafes and other entertainment options.

The lobby staff was very friendly, and it would have been nice if there was a welcome drink. Even though it wasn't check-in time yet, there were rooms ready and available for temporary luggage storage.
