The location was great in the center of Surabaya, near to viral cafe/resto in Tunjungan street and only 40 minutes to the airport. The staff from the front desk to housekeeper were superb. Room was convenient.

The Platinum Hotel staff are very friendly, the service from the staff is very satisfying, unfortunately when I stayed there the visitor elevator from the basement parking lot was broken, resulting in walking all the way to the front lobby, but luckily I met a very kind staff near the elevator who helped me carry my things. Very strategic location. Spacious room. City view. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof. Sounds from outside the room are very audible. And coincidentally, we got a connecting room. The guests next door were very noisy, like a group. We could only rest at 12 midnight. After that, around 2 am, we woke up again because they probably just returned and were chatting loudly. Finally, around 3 am, I had to call the receptionist because I couldn't sleep. They said they would send security. Hopefully it can be better. Other than that, overall, the facilities are worth the price. Thank you

I often stay here from the soft opening until now, the room, pillow, bed are still new even though the hotel is no longer considered new, the restaurant has complete equipment, complete food according to * 4, but the breakfast is very straight I stayed in 4 rooms 8 adults one small child like being chased told to pay 1 child indeed if the size of the child is already 9 years old at least a little tolerance for family stay, because often stay there are several waiters call by the name, that's my only suggestion don't be too much like being chased I also understand the role, a bit disappointed like being pushed 🤦♀️

Staycation in the city during the children's school holidays. The location of the champion hotel is right on Jalan Tunjungan, the center of Surabaya. With private vehicles parked at the hotel, we can hang out or go on a culinary tour around the hotel.
The facilities in the hotel are also very complete, starting from a fairly large four-wheeled parking lot, swimming pool, gym, skylounge, kids playground (18th floor), restaurant, and spa. Exploring the hotel areas is also interesting.
Very good service from the staff starting from the entrance, reception, swimming pool, and restaurant.
The room is very much in accordance with what I requested in the order notes. I requested a top floor and the view on the 21st floor was very interesting. Incidentally, I got a view to the north of Surabaya, so I could see the Gresik beach area, Madura, even the Hero Monument and the Suramadu Bridge could also be seen clearly.
The restaurant serves a complete menu of Indonesian food, western, and several Japanese dishes. The variety and taste are very good.
At the restaurant, you can see various sides of the city of Surabaya. I am interested in the view of the south side, the legendary Tunjungan Mall is clearly visible, the atmosphere of car free day in the morning, and Mount Arjuno is also visible.
Always be successful Platinum Hotel and keep maintaining this excellent service.

The staff is very responsive and friendly, keep it up!! Breakfast is very varied, complete food choices and delicious taste. The room is also quite big with good facilities👍👍👍.
