This is the 2nd time staying at Hotel Platinum Tunjungan Surabaya and it is very satisfying. Initially booked for Junior Suite then got a free upgrade to Executive. This hotel is perfect for those who want to staycation in Surabaya because around the hotel there are many culinary along the way just walk. If you stay on the weekend, Sunday on the street in front there is Car Free Day. The breakfast is really good. One of the hotels with delicious and complete cuisine. Such a nice experience is a staycation here.

The hotel staff is friendly, ready to help in front of the elevator and in the restaurant..
Just asking for this.. in room 2008.. When I was in the room, I turned on the TV, the movie was in progress and suddenly the picture froze (I changed to another channel, it took a long time to load), several times like that.
The food menu is varied, the chicken soto is delicious..

The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but we had one issue with our connecting rooms - they didn't have windows, which was a bit disappointing.
The parking lot was also a challenge, as the space was extremely small and tight. However, the hotel's amenities and services made up for these minor drawbacks. We'd still recommend Platinum Hotel Surabaya for its overall quality and service, but hopefully they'll address these issues in the future.

The hotel is in a very strategic location..the rooms are spacious...the gong on the roof top of the hotel is very beautiful, you can see Surabaya...the pool is also spacious, the food is very delicious, lots of variety...outside the hotel there are already many choices of restaurants and it is very busy with pedestrians..love it..
