The accommodation is quite affordable with a minimal budget. The room is quite clean. The water in the bathroom was off so I had to hold my poop all day lol and the guard was hard to contact.

stayed for 3 night and 3 days. overall room is good, a bit of visible mold and cracked floor but nothing major or concerning. AC needs maintenance, its BARELY cold enough to not sweat. shared door between rooms, you can hear the person next door on call. worst of all, wifi either dont exist or not working, they said they are calling technician but from the start of my stay until the end, the wifi is still broken. also the toilet flush is weak may need multiple flush before number 2 is gone.
good enough for a short stay for the price, but definetly not for a long term stay.

The room overall is okay, just needs a little bit of maintenance. Location is okay, very close to Sanglah Hospital.

The check-in/out service is overall good and very responsive. The bathroom hot water and shower is working well, but the door cannot be shut close. The bidet seems not working so well. The wall is not so soundproof, we literally can hear people talking next door. Also, the television is not easily accessible. There is a unit of refrigerator which can store cold food and a little space for frozen food. Very strategic place just beside Sanglah Hospital with many affordable restaurants and convenience stores around. Very recommend for solo or business travel but not for family staycation.

Booked a superior room for 3 days, last year I also stayed here with a standard room. And it turned out that superior is better. Although there is no lift access while the room is on the 3rd floor, the facilities are according to the price. The guards are also friendly. Plus there is a microwave facility on the 4th floor so it can be used during Nyepi to heat food. There is also a refrigerator in the room that works well. The water heater works well. It's just that the AC is a little less cold. There is also a TV facility but I didn't turn it on for 3 days. The price is according to the facilities 👍

The sheets are dirty, the pillows smell of someone's sweat, like they haven't been changed, the vibe of the building is a bit dirty, there are lots of mold marks, it's a bit noisy.

Friendly staff. Can ask for an electric kettle if needed. Cold AC, smooth wifi, comfortable room. Only 1 minus, the bed keeps sliding. If it's a double bed, please make the sheets one. So even if it slides, it doesn't make a hole in the middle. So it's not comfortable if a married couple wants to be spoiled.

as the name suggests. the place is quite comfortable for resting. the facilities are quite complete and satisfying. check-in/check-out time must be on time. when looking for lunch/evening it's okay. the downside is having to go up and down the stairs to the room. there is no elevator but it's quite pleasant to stay here

There are some obstacles but the staff is helpful, enough. Recommendation for us, cheap vacation, clean, room already has AC, Car parking hopefully will be improved again for a solution to get on and off the suitcase more comfortable again
