Those who gave this hotel bad reviews are very wrong! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the receptionist who didn't need to show any ID and were immediately shown to our room. The check-in process was fast. We rented 2 standard rooms, which we thought were good, clean, and provided toiletries such as towels, soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The location is right on the side of the road with views of the mountains and rice fields. If we think the standard rooms are already this clean, how about the rooms above? Not bad for a short staycation around East Lombok to bring the kids.

When I wanted to check in, the water had run out, the service was lacking. When I wanted to have breakfast, the staff were not all ready, it was ready at 8 o'clock.

The receptionist + staff were rude, maybe because I'm a local, not a foreigner 😃 Also, when I booked on the app it said breakfast was included, but it turned out no one delivered it. Do I have to ask first before they deliver it? The view is nice, the room is so far so good. Maybe it can be better in the future 😘

Bad attitude staff. No greeting, no greeting, not helpful even when checking out. Even when there are other guests complaining, it is made a joke by the staff. Room price 800 thousand no tissue, mineral water bottle is very small. And liquid soap is not filled. The service in the restaurant is the same. Even the cashier at the bar while playing cards. Breakfast pancakes, ask for honey given sashetan honey. And served cold coffee. Sorry but this hotel is very, very not recommended if you are really not in a pinch because in that location there are not many choices of hotels with swimming pools and views of Rinjani.

Disclaimer. If you are planning to stay with your family. Think about staying here. Handling is not pleasant why? When delivered to the hotel it seems that it is still developing, the only things available at the hotel are towels and soap. The rest buy yourself. No TV, no water heater, no special storage cupboard, no hotel slippers, hotel pajamas, hot water in the shower sometimes. No AC, fan only. But because the area is cold its okay. For those of you who plan to check out in the morning between 6-8 in the morning, I'm sorry, the guard took a long time to wake up. The electricity went out, I was told that it was even like cave people, the overall view was good, above the hotel it was really good for sunbathing in the morning. Very potential.
