I stayed there with my husband and my 4yo child. I got upgraded to the deluxe room by Pak Darsana when I checked it at 1:30 pm. He assigned me to the first floor, close to the gym and also the pool! What a perfect location! The room was spacious even though it's old but so comfy, I got a long nice sleep and woke up at 6:30 am. The price was affordable for this kind of hotel. The swimming pool was perfect. My child enjoyed the stay so much! The aircon was cold! The hot water worked just perfect! Nothing to complain about. But breakfast selection was limited 😭 overall, 👍🏻! Thank you everyone and definitely would like to come back again!#521

The Prama Sanur Beach Resort Hotel in Bali is an all inclusive (as in everything available on site) tropical resort that is grat for families, couples, individuals or group meetings& conferences. The staff are friendly & efficient, the facility is very well maintained & very relaxing. The breakfast buffet is one of the most comprehensive offerings I have encountered in 40 plus years of travel.

We were a little disappointed in this hotel.
We have been to Bali many times and stayed in numerous different locations and different hotel styles.
We noticed cigarette butts on pathway from pool which remained until we left.
Some mornings at breakfast we didn’t get offered tea or coffee due to the lack of staff.
There were problems getting a sun lounger everyday with people getting to the pool at 7am putting out towels and not returning for hours.
I noticed this a lot as I went out for an early swim everyday.
The room was cleaned everyday but to a minimal standard.
I appreciate it’s a large resort and we did travel in the busy period, Australian school holidays, but I don’t think we would return.

If I had to point out a negative, it would be the lack of a supplemental water filtration system, rendering water just as hazardous as the rest of the island.
That out of the way, the room was nice and spacious, with daily refills of bottled water, and they even kept the toiletries (including toothbrush and toothpaste!) topped up. Universal power sockets allow you to use your native adapters without being restricted to converters, and the balcony is always good.
The on-site restaurant menu is surprisingly wide, spanning nearly every cuisine imaginable, and if that's not enough, several good restaurants are in walking distance using the beach avenue.

Nice spot on the beach.
Stay in the Krisna wing as newer than Garuda wing. Pools nice.breakfast good, plenty shopping on the streets but not as hectic as Kuta, Legian.

The staff was friendly. Property itself was kept well but there were ants every where, near the pool, in the room and the bathroom. The beach was filthy. Garbage everywhere, didn’t want to take off my shoes. Breakfast was very good.

The location by Sanur Beach and amenities for families with kids to be comfortable for a long stay away from home were the reason we chose Prama, it's quiet but they have plenty of dining options with different types of entertainments each night. Breakfast buffet options are extensive for locals and foreigner, the staffs are friendly and helpful. But it's an older hotel, wear and tear are prominent throughout the rooms, bathrooms, common areas, even the pool looked like it needs some love. Our rooms had the most noisy air conditioning (woken up on the first night thinking somebody vaccumed the hallway but it's the air conditioner). We requested to have it fixed, the staff came and fix it but the loud rattle noise came back so we just turn off the AC at night and use a manual fan for cooling. Other than that, everything was awesome, we will be coming back and hoping to get a better rooms next time 🙏

Very friendly staff. Amenities a little dated but clean and usable. Buffet breakfast was really good.
One disappointment was the on premise Taxi stand. They overcharge by up to 3 times the Bluebird taxi fares.

Staff were amazing with a smile and hello from each one you met. Breakfast was good apart from tea/coffee which unfortunately was always warm. Also people booked sun beads as early as 7.30 am but never used them sometimes till after lunch which meant they were hard to get as my idea of a holiday is a relax breakfast then relax on sunbed. Room.webhadvwas old but again it was kept really clean by room boys.
