When I arrived it was raining again, the staff quickly helped me from the bottom up to lift the items. Greeted friendly by the reception, here I requested the upper floor, and when I got to the room, the room was very comfortable, clean too. If you don't bring an iron, just call the staff and they will help you iron and help you find travel to the airport. Hopefully, when Kpan can go to the high hills again, he will definitely stay here

The rooms are exactly like the photos, the rooms are clean and comfortable. When staying there from the window, it looks straight at the view of Mount Merapi, the point is exciting. Tomorrow, if you go to the hills, stay there again, moreover the servants are all friendly. Thank you Prima Dini. Prima Dini is always at heart. 😍

The staff are friendly, the check out process is fast even though we left at dawn. The room is comfortable, the hotel is comfortable without the smell of cigarette smoke. The strategic location is really recommended if you go to Bukit Tinggi. The only problem is the car park, if possible, it can be widened. Overall, you should try staying here

Disadvantages: 1. Hot water only turns on for a short time, if you take a long shower the hot water turns off, 2. The bathroom door cannot be locked from the outside, it can only be locked from the inside, 3. The wifi signal does not reach the room, 4. We brought a 4 year old child but got a hotel room on the 4th floor, coincidentally the hotel does not have an elevator, if guests bring toddlers, give them a room downstairs, it's a shame to bring toddlers while carrying stuff to the room, it feels tiring, advantages: 1. Close access to everywhere. 2. Close to the big clock

The staff is friendly, the room size is quite spacious and the view is good, but unfortunately the sheets are dirty (there are stains on the sheets) the bath towels are starting to fade. The bathroom is quite spacious and clean.

This is the hotel I've been looking for, I've been to Bukittinggi many times and just found this hotel. Great, next time I go to Bukittinggi I'll stay here again. The lack of cleanliness needs to be improved, especially the towels that are already dull
