Prime Plaza Suites Sanur – Bali

The people are awesome.

Great resort for those with kids. Kids club and pools are staffed by friendly people who genuinely love interacting with the kids. Only downside is the distance from the beach - although only a 10-15min walk by adults, it’s challenging to walk with small kids on the busy roads which are shared by cars, scooters, motorcycles and pedestrians.

Fantastic value for money. Really great for families. The suites and facilities make it really exceptional value for money.

A little more expensive in the resort for food/drinks than o hers we stayed at.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. The room was amazing, clean and large. The pools and facilities were excellent.

Great family friendly hotel. Rooms are huge, staff are amazing & friendly. Our housekeeping staff did many different towel animals each day which the kids loved & also played some elf on the shelf style pranks with their other soft toys, which was also a hit to come back to each day. Good large pool & decent sized water slide & kids pool area with a small playground. Various games in kids club, a PS4, small indoor area for toddlers. Hotel is older but clean & looks to be going through a refurb in small stages. Pillows aren't great, tv reception is poor & the air conditioning works well but being an older style unit developed a strong musty type smell that got progressively worse. Overall, a reasonably priced, family friendly hotel that shouldn't be confused for a 5 star property. Location is a 5 minute walk to main street, another 10 mins to beach & another 10 mins to markets & Icon shopping centre. Plenty of cheap transport options via hotel as well as free shuttle bus.

Resort was great, kids pool and slide kept kids happy but there were still activities in adults pool. Always fresh, clean towels available. Having to remember breakfast vouchers was only annoying.

Excellent property. Rooms are massive and well appointed. Every thing and more that you could possibly need. Kids club was fantastic, kids loved the activities and being able to rejoin us when they wanted. Pool is lovely and lots of space. Bar was great. Area is quiet around hotel but only 10 min walk to lots of dining options.

Loved it

The pool areas, reception etc were lovely, food was good. Rooms were large - living and bedrooms. The bathrooms were tiny and made it really awkward when trying to bathe children or move around in which was unusual given the size of the rest of the spaces. They also both hand lingering smells in them. Location was ok but nothing to rave about given its away from the beach area.

Great for families but a bit expensive.

Excellent facility, service and food. Great kids area and excellent kids club. Kids loved the waterslide, playing soccer with staff, and the magician. Spent a whole day at the pool and they were never bored. Be mindful of the long walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a courtesy bus but it was not in the timeframe that suited us. Room was stunning.

Room was terrible and very dark. Paid for an upgrade and this was better. Room upgrade not offered even though room was available. Staff pleasant and tried to be attentive but language barrier was an issue.

More shade in the pool

Nice resort which for the price was a good option for Sanur. The apartments are huge which was a big plus for us and two children. For room size you sacrifice luxury but they were fine, always well cleaned daily. Lovely staff through the resort and the kids enjoyed the pools and kids club facilities. Some prefer beachfront location but I really enjoyed walking the interesting little back streets to the main street and beach. Loved Sanur as an area - felt authentic and the right side of busy. This isnt a luxe hotel and at breakfast you could be on the Gold Coast. But its a solid good value deal for families that want space while still being looked after by beautiful staff and with lots to do nearby.
