The food is very simple, there's only that... there's no omelet, the fruit is also finished, at least if it's a 3 star hotel the food should be a little more complete... this is equivalent to a 1 star hotel... the hot water in the bathroom doesn't work... just come here once, all the facilities are disappointing... initially I booked the 1st floor which directly accesses the pool, but it turned out the room was broken, I was moved to the 3rd floor with hot water that didn't work

Initially I wanted to give it 1 star, because check in was fast, only a minute, but it turned out that check in was finished and I was told to sit down. It took about 15 minutes without any explanation.
After waiting for 15 minutes, the receptionist approached me and gave me the key and apologized for waiting and gave me a free room upgrade.

For the family room, it is indeed very spacious and good with a price that is still affordable. There is also a balcony, the bathroom is also spacious and full of glass. What needs to be fixed when we asked for the room to be cleaned, please replace the towels and cups with clean ones. Tea and coffee are filled again. Because I stayed for 2 nights, it was automatically my right to be given a new one. No need to explain at the beginning, it should have been known. But because I was lazy, I just let it be. The bathtub water was a bit dirty at the beginning. Oh yeah, please provide a teaspoon. How do you stir tea/coffee if there is no spoon? Luckily I have a clean spoon from ordering grabfood. If there are 3 people in the family room, there should be 3 towels, toothpaste, tea/coffee, maybe just 2. 😏

strategic location because it is close to Blauran market. around there are many food sellers. there is also a laundry near the hotel. swimming pool is quite good. breakfast menu is less varied, the taste is just ordinary... the hotel is quite clean, the staff is friendly...

the next room was noisy..there was a mattress rubbing and strange sounds and like head banging..really scary..but strangely there was no sound of people in the room..it happened at 22.00 - dawn...it was really scary..my child managed to record the sounds..
