The staff was very helpful. It was rainy when we checked in, and the staff helpfully waited for me with an umbrella to pick me up, without us asking. Great hospitality and initiative. Quick check-in and check-out. Value for money. Stay from July 4-July 9. And FYI there's an Indomaret store across the hotel operating 24 hours which is very helpful if you need to buy something urgent.

Alhamdulillah, it's very comfortable, I didn't expect to get complete facilities with a cheap rate. I was not sure about the 4 stars when I saw it from the highway, but when I entered the lobby and parking area, I was sure. Plus, when I entered the room, I was even more sure because I got complete facilities with a toll road view.

Old hotel because it is well maintained so it is still good, there are some furniture that is damaged that should be replaced, so that it will be better even though it is an old hotel, the AC is cold.. everything is ok, to check in if possible don't put your ID card and then be called, this is the first time I checked in and was called as if I was going to get treatment, it would be better to just queue without having to be called by shouting, thank you
