You better book others.I want to specifically address the housekeeping team at this hotel. I booked a three-night stay and was given room number 558. Overall, my friend and I found the experience to be okay, but there were significant issues that arose. Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was polite and happy to assist, so I have no complaints about that. When we entered the room, it appeared satisfactory with two single beds, and the bathroom looked clean. However, our three-night stay quickly turned sour. The first issue was the pillow; it smelled terrible, almost as if it hadn’t been changed for a long time. It was unbearable, and as a result, we had to sleep without a pillow that night after arriving around 10 PM. The second problem was even more concerning. We couldn't sleep at all because we kept scratching our skin. I initially thought it was just me, but my friend experienced the same issue. There were bed bugs in the bed, and we both struggled to sleep because of it. The next day, I encountered a housekeeper in the hallway and informed them about the situation. I requested a change of linens and pillows. After going out for the day and returning to the hotel at night, we found that we still couldn't sleep because of the foul-smelling pillow, and the scratching continued despite the fact that we took showers before bed, as we always do. The following morning, I spoke with the receptionist again and asked for a pillow change and even requested to switch rooms. I wasn't able to change rooms, but they did change the pillow and linens. Unfortunately, we still couldn't sleep! Additionally, there were cockroaches in the room, including one that was dead on the table, and it had not been cleaned up! I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience has compelled me to do so. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I've stayed in similar hotels, like Primera, and they were clean and satisfactory. This experience was terrible! I had bites all over my body.

Location to the beach 20 minutes walk. Around it western restaurants. Disappointed because when checking in again and asking for a room in the middle location was said there was none on the 3rd floor and given on the 6th floor but still at the end. When I asked to change the room in the middle was given the 3rd floor. His lie was found out .. what did he mean after saying there wasn't any and it turned out there was.

It's a shame the hotel is dishonest! I stayed for 2 days and left 1 diamond ring and 1 gold ring behind. Checked out at 5 am less than 20 minutes to the airport when I arrived at the airport I realized that the ring was left behind and immediately asked a friend to pick it up at the hotel but the ring was no longer in the room! And there had been hoskiping who entered the room twice according to the receptionist! but the room had not been cleaned. Clearly my ring was on the table under the TV when I woke up at dawn I held it and moved it but unfortunately when I was about to leave the room I forgot to wear it but it got lost. Usually if there is something left behind if the hotel is honest it will definitely be confirmed by phone! I'm disappointed

Stayed for 2 nights, not for vacation purpose. This hotel located right in the center of Seminyak and super easy to find restaurants, convenience store, and ATM. Circle K is right in front of the hotel, Italian restaurant, and 100m to the left there is Yogurt Republic store (one of the best frozen yogurt I've ever tasted!). For less than IDR 300k, can't complain about anything, but overall, I have no complain about this hotel. Keep up the good work.

Every time I go to Bali, I always stay here because it's very comfortable, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are always clean, I don't have to think about parking because the staff will park it for me. Very very comfortable. Previously, I stayed here alone which ended up crying sadly, housekeeping knocked on the room to make sure we were okay and even chatted with us. Now, we're here with a group, the service is still satisfying. Recommended!
