1. The room structure is good and security is excellent: simple, clean, reasonable size, and good view. 2. On the first day, I couldn't sleep well because the surroundings were very noisy, but the staff's response was excellent when I asked to change room the next day. One of the staff walked around with me, showed me two or three rooms, and helped me choose a room, which was very helpful. And they quickly fixed any broken facilities. 3. It has good access to the beach and is generally comfortable. One thing that is unfortunate is that there is a persistent smell of smoke from something burning nearby in the evening, but this does not seem to be the hotel's fault.

The hotel is very close to everywhere. If you want to go to the beach, just walk 5 minutes. If you want gelato, just walk 5 minutes. There is cheap food, Padang rice, 5 minutes walk, cleaned every day, the best without being asked. The security guard is also the best, all the things are unloaded without us having to say anything, you can leave your suitcase in the lobby, ahh really like this hotel. But there are drawbacks: - No soap, shampoo, sandals - Scented towels, but they are already worn out - Not soundproof because the sound from the next room can be heard - Why do you have to deposit? 100 thousand

I stayed at Primera Hotel Seminyak for five nights in early September and was really happy with the experience.
Price & breakfast: Excellent value for money, especially with breakfast included each morning.
Location: Right in the heart of Seminyak, close to great food spots, shopping, and nightlife, which suits my lifestyle perfectly.
Staff: Every staff member I met was friendly and helpful, making check-in and daily requests easy.
Comfort: Clean, comfortable room and a good bed for the price.
Heads-up: Not a negative, but note that not all rooms come with a bar fridge, so check when booking if that matters to you.
Overall, a convenient and budget-friendly base for enjoying everything Seminyak offers.

There were no issues with the room. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. However, I found two foreign tourists smoking in front of the elevator, making the entire third floor reek of cigarette smoke. They left beer bottles and snack trash behind. The next morning, I saw the trash still lying on the table. This needs to be brought to the attention of management regarding hotel cleanliness. The room also lacks soundproofing, as I woke up in the middle of the night to loud noises from outside.
