hotel staff, very friendly and kind. a little minus is the room wall paint, some are peeling, the others are all ok, cheap, clean and comfortable. salute to the princes queen guest house.. under 200 is already standard and satisfying for 1 night. fast wifi facilities, secure parking on a 24-hour chain, cold air conditioning, hot shower. fragrant toilet hygiene, tv on, so I really feel at home.. thanks!

The staff is very friendly, clean, there are hot water facilities, it is also not noisy and the place to find food is not too far from the hotel, it is highly recommended for family recreation with a minimal budget but good, the tourist location to Pantai Panjang is only 13 minutes from here so it is worth it to stay 😉.

Regarding the problems that you may have in the room with the hot water not working, we suggest that you ask our staff who are on site first at the time of the incident because if you experience problems with our facilities not functioning, we will help you on how to use the facilities in our place, for the problem of messy rooms, our staff has checked all the rooms before guests check in and the condition of the rooms is ready and ready to be sold, and for food we do not provide a restaurant at our inn but we can help order food, to order from us there are indeed certain hours, because we work together with other parties to order food. The hotel is comfortable, if you bring a vehicle it is also safe, there is hot water, cold AC, the price is affordable, it is located in a residential area. Just a suggestion, it would be better to turn on the lights in this hallway, because it's a bit dark. Next time we go to Bengkulu, hopefully we can stay here again. The hotel is clean, hegeines, neat and comfortable. The receptionist is friendly, kind. Secure parking, luxury rooms already use smart card chips, cold AC, TV on, hot shower okay water and toilet functioning well, water running smoothly and fragrant, for IDR. 165,000,- including tax, highly recommended accommodation here. Top cheap, almost like a *5 star, the only minus is no breakfast. The others are okay, very good value, satisfying. Thank you, we will book again sometime.

I'm in Deluxe Room Number 103. Comfortable mattress, toiletries, towels, mineral water, coffee sachets, thermos water heater, hot and cold shower and can be changed to the water tap version for ablution, storage drawer, AC, TV, clothes hanger, key with tap cards. The location is in a residential alley, in the middle of the city, maximum access & quick grab, if you are traveling, bring your own vehicle, it's really good here. I chose Princess because this is the only one on Traveloka that has quite spacious rooms, not colorful rooms, hotel quality mattresses and sheets, but the price is only 170 or so. Oh yes, the receptionist is friendly. The only downside is that the bathroom sink is no longer used, aka it's just a display, but that doesn't reduce comfort, after all it's just a sink and the shower can be converted into a tap too. Not really a problem. Mainly approved for those of you who bring your own vehicle and are looking for a comfortable room and a low budget. If you don't bring a vehicle, it's really okay, anyway Maxim and Grab arrived quickly.
