Great place to stay and we decided to have staycation here three of us. We have toddler aged 2 years old, and she was very happy as she had a great stay with plenty of facilities available. Highly recommended for family with kids. And the restaurant, close to the swimming pool, named "Damar", offer various menu, from Indonesian, Asian, Western cuisine with great taste.

It was amazing. Really like the ambience. Unfortunately, the floor drain at the shower room wasn't working properly. So it got flooded.

Spacious, we had a late check in, and given a fantastic room with the view of the mountain. A bit of a walk, but found out we can ride in the buggy of our family who stayed in the villas. The resort itself if huge and 1 night was not enough. Each area has its own themed playground or activities, suitable for toddler, kids, even adults looking for some sports (paintballs! Archeries!). Definitely looking forward for another stay - although one drawback is to look out for "ganjil genap" if you are driving. Only around 500m of road closure due to ganjil genap during the weekends, the resort need to especially thought about this, since it makes driving to the hotel during weekends a complete hassle. Thanks for a wonderful stay, all in all.

Super satisfied! Thank you for upgrading our room to executive, has so much fun with our baby. As usual the cleanliness, facility, and breakfast were excellent! Surely will be back here when go to Puncak in the future!

I got a room that is the farthest from the lobby, even though I booked 2 days in advance and checked in at 11 AM. But overall, the staff were very friendly. The breakfast food are plain in taste and there's not so many variation for 5-star hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The most kid-friendly hotel is fun. There are 2 swimming pool options, complete with a kids pool. Many activities for children. Everything from the room, staff, and others are all okay.

Buggy cars are available to pick up and drop off from the parking lot. Ms. Sahra and Mr. Kevin were helpful during check-in. The staff were friendly, even balloons were delivered to the room. Too bad when it rained, the outdoor playground got wet. Complete amenities. Breakfast was also ready on time and varied. The spa is also okay, better to make an appointment earlier. Oh, there are lots of good photo spots too.
