Great place to stay and we decided to have staycation here three of us. We have toddler aged 2 years old, and she was very happy as she had a great stay with plenty of facilities available. Highly recommended for family with kids. And the restaurant, close to the swimming pool, named "Damar", offer various menu, from Indonesian, Asian, Western cuisine with great taste.

It was amazing. Really like the ambience. Unfortunately, the floor drain at the shower room wasn't working properly. So it got flooded.

Spacious, we had a late check in, and given a fantastic room with the view of the mountain. A bit of a walk, but found out we can ride in the buggy of our family who stayed in the villas. The resort itself if huge and 1 night was not enough. Each area has its own themed playground or activities, suitable for toddler, kids, even adults looking for some sports (paintballs! Archeries!). Definitely looking forward for another stay - although one drawback is to look out for "ganjil genap" if you are driving. Only around 500m of road closure due to ganjil genap during the weekends, the resort need to especially thought about this, since it makes driving to the hotel during weekends a complete hassle. Thanks for a wonderful stay, all in all.

Beyond my expectation, everything in here reminds me of Bali, room is spacious, very clean, brekkie at Damar rest with various menu, dinner at Madcow was superb, thank you🙏

I was staying at room 2302, and the hot water didn't work. Kind of sad because the staff still allocated me at that room even though if it was broken at the first place. Amazing things from this hotel are the facilities and activities that are kids friendly, suitable for kids and teenagers. Breakfast buffet was okay.

Dust on lobby sofabed and table was not clean. Maybe crowded at lobby. Hotel rooms was clean. It takes time for check in. They said will give a notice but never call. Overall recommendedhotel for staycations with family.

We came here for school holiday. The pool was so crowded. But there are plenty activities to choose from. We tried the archery and the mini golf. The kids had so much fun. The breakfast was average, there's so much variety but maybe not my taste. But I enjoy the mie goreng tek tek and gorengan (you must try this). The room we stayed in was quite nice but unfortunately we didn't get a clear view of the mountain (it's was covered with trees). We got a free family photoshoot during our stay, thank you Pullman. We might come back but maybe not in during holiday.
