A fun place for a light adventure with the kids, the location is close to the river and you can go rafting.

This is my first time staying at this hotel and I love it! It's soooooo spacious!! All the facilities in this hotel are also complete! I stayed in the grand deluxe and executive rooms! They're all the best!

I have stayed here several times, the hotel is beautiful, I like it, the service is also good, family friendly.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, the fresh fruit is very delicious.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the entire area is clean even though there are renovations in several spots, especially the swimming pool, the rooms are very clean, amenities are quite complete, the breakfast menu is varied and tastes good.

A hotel that lives up to its name, spacious and with beautiful views blending in with nature. I stayed at Edelweiss, which is riverfront, complete with trees, flowers, birds, squirrels, and merrills. Even though there were few guests at the time, the breakfast was very varied... I left a jacket in the closet and was offered to be packed away. Hopefully, I'll be able to stay at Puri Asri again.

New building, nice and very comfortable

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. The facilities were great. The rooms smelled nice and were clean. The atmosphere was cool. The food was delicious. I recommend this 5-star resort for couples and families.

the hotel is really good

- From check-in, the crew-cut receptionist didn't even smile. This is a hotel with a rate of 750,000 Rupiah per night. We booked for two nights, and one smile isn't enough, what's wrong with that? - For that price, there wasn't even a sip of water or even a bite of a welcome drink or snack. Many hotels half the price typically provide welcome meals during check-in, especially since we were so tired from a long trip out of town. - There were no water refills for guests. There were none at all. If you wanted water, you had to buy it at the restaurant. - The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and not available in all rooms. - The shuttle bus took a very long time to arrive when requested, more than 20 minutes even though it was quiet. - Amenities arrived on the second day after we requested them; they were only brought to our room around 2:30 AM. - Several public restrooms were extremely dirty, smelly, and broken. One of them was in the Al-Kahfi prayer room. - Overall, the building is old and often malfunctions, especially the room entrance doors and water faucets in several places. - The swimming pool is being renovated, so we missed the opportunity to try it, and there was no replacement solution from the resort. Very disappointed. - The resort still has a tradition of burning leaf litter, so the expectation of a cool morning is dashed by the smell of garbage. - While it looks like there are many facilities, not all of them function properly. All the machines in the fitness center are broken, and not all dumbbells are complete in pairs. The children's playground and the play area near the river don't function as advertised.

Everything is okay.. So it's no wonder we always come and come back for family vacations

Very good for healing because it is at one with nature, it's just a shame that the BF of a 10 year old child is charged, overall very good

A beautiful, shady, and relaxing place. The kids were delighted. The facilities are complete, the playground is spacious, there's access to the river, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is helpful and friendly. I'll definitely come back here if I ever visit Magelang ❤️

Overall ok.. the room is spacious, the facilities and the surrounding atmosphere are also comfortable for relaxing with the family... yes, the room rate is quite high for the Magelang area :)

I stayed in the Royal Village area. The bathroom was clean and the room was spacious. When I checked in, there were peacocks in front of my room in the morning. The restaurant is also large, and the food is varied and delicious. The only downside at Royal Village is that the pool is not child-friendly. FYI, my children are in 2nd and 3rd grade.
