First, their customer service is pretty good, I arrived at 12.30am and they wait for us. Second, I would comment to the app as its maps incorrectly appoint the hotel location besides the Jl Raya Puncak. But it actually in a small road. Third, this should be noted by the Hotel Owner that their water system is really bad. For the hot water, I must wait around 10mins for it coming outside. After the hot water came, the only water coming is the hot one (I mean really hot). I tried to change to the standard water and it did not coming at all. So I took a bath with hot water:(Also, the flush is not working. They provide us with a bucket for this. Quite unsatisfying.
