Tried to call to order dinner via the room phone, it turned out there was no sheet or guide book of numbers to call. Tried 0, tried 9, tried all the numbers, the tone was just a long tone. Came to the front office, pressed a number or something I forgot, I said the phone was broken, so I went straight to the restaurant. There was someone there I asked, but he didn't respond, busy playing with his cellphone, answered whatever he wanted. His shift hadn't arrived yet, he said. When he arrived, I ordered fried rice + capcay to be delivered to the room, after the meal came, sorry, it was too salty.

It's really cool to get this hotel. Highly recommended for those looking for a hotel in the Lovina area 😍 Easy location, close to the dolphins tour, the place is very neat and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, neat, clean and very comfortable. There is also an adult and children's swimming pool 🥳 It's really cool 🫰

For that price, it is very worth it, the room is quite spacious, roomy, clean, quiet, the view is quite good and the distance to Lovina Beach to take a boat to see the dolphin attraction is only a 5 minute walk.

we were upgraded to a better hotel by the hotel manager, which is still under the same management, namely Puri Saron Baruna.

The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. The price is affordable. The location is close to Lovina Beach. Only when I wanted to check out, they still asked for an invoice to check in, it was a bit strange.

The place is okay. Comfortable and quiet, the only thing lacking is the amanitis, it's reasonable that the price is cheap. But please always have toothbrush soap. It's an important need. The staff are friendly and kind, very helpful
