Ini pengalaman ke-2 menginap di sini. Kamarnya bersih, cukup luas, dan sangat beruntung pesannya superior, tapi di-upgrade jadi deluxe tanpa tambahan biaya. Terima kasih Quest Darmo. Puas sama pelayanan-nya yang sangat ramah baik. Ada kendala saat masuk, staff-nya sangat ramah memberi petunjuk. Satpam ramah, baik, parkir motornya luas. Kolam renang selalu yang terbaik, tidak dalam, dan cukup bersih. Lift tidak perlu akses kartu. Pokoknya kalau staycation lagi, ini bakal jadi pilihan utama.

Their staff is very nice and helpful. My son got sick in midnight and the staff offered me to take my son to the hospital. Facility, the bed is really comfortable. Breakfast is okay.

The most recommended stay experience, the atmosphere is calm, the facilities are complete, the swimming pool is nice, after swimming you get a warm towel, the breakfast is full of variations, unfortunately the cakes are squat, but overall it is edible, the staff provides quickly according to customer needs. If you book here, it is often full because it is so good 👍 accessibility to the city is affordable. Awesome

1 week staying at Quest, the rooms given were never good and all had problems starting from the AC not being cold in room 526, moving to 502, the same thing, then I moved again with an upgrade to a higher room, directed to room 612, the bathroom was flooded, then given an upgrade to room 1116, the AC under the bed was leaking and dripping water.

Location - easy to get around
The room was clean and the right size for business travelers. The amenities were quite complete - there was a small refrigerator, stable Wi-Fi, and the staff were friendly and responsive.
One thing that could be improved is the soundproofing - you could hear noise from the next room.

I stayed a few nights at Quest.. the staff were friendly.. the minus was the shower had to be fixed because the water was not flowing properly.. then the housekeeping when cleaning did not provide toilet paper and did not refill the soap.. thankfully at that time we were already on our last day at the hotel and ran out of soap and toilet paper.. if you look at the price, the facilities are standard according to the price but it would be good to pay attention to the small things because they are also important for guest comfort. that's all from me.
