The Staff were the best among the similar hotel in Semarang! The facility was just perfect! The one thing that the management should really put it in consideration is the lift. It just has 1 lift, additional 1 lift would be great.

everything is feel comfy to my family, the room, the service, the strong wifi, the bathroom with hot water and excellent view from window at night. I certainly will stay again when come again to smg.

I wish i’d stayed longer :( only enjoyed the room for a few hours due to quick business trip. But I love love love everything about the hotel and the room i’m staying! It’s a new fresh building, I was welcomed in their simple nice lobby by their well-mannered smiley staffs. I then proceed to sleep a bit in my nice comfy bed, the bedroom has simple cool modern interior, obviously they felt so clean, they provide super nice room service menu list, & lastly, love the nice eco-friendly touch - they don’t want to serve regular mineral water made with plastic bottles (instead they provide us refillable water jug inside the room-water dispenser is available in each floor🙏🏻) for sure, when I come back and i’d stay here again ♥️ keep it up!!!

The downsides are:
1. Having to hand over the car keys to the attendant due to the lack of parking facilities.
2. The towels are no longer fit for use.
3. Otherwise, it's good.

Overall, the service was good. However, the room wasn't soundproof, so it was a bit noisy. Incidentally, when I stayed there, a guest in the next room coughed, which was quite disturbing. There was the sound of water pipes and people showering.

One room sleeps three adults. Parking isn't extensive, but it's not difficult either. Near the hotel, there's a souvenir shop selling Bolu Pelangi. The location is strategic, the rooms are neat and clean, and the bathroom amenities are complete. Breakfast is decent.
