We love this hotel. The staff is nice. Breakfast awesome. The environment is so iconic. We have a lot of spot to take a picture of. My daughter loves this hotel so much. Every morning we smimming and enjoy the hotel. The room is so huge. Thanks ramada suites. We really enjoy the holiday @ ramada suites solo 😄😄😄

I love this hotel. The hotel area is far from city center so it's so calming. The environment is good. The room is so big. My daughter loves this hotel very much. Breakfast is good. Staff nice. Surprisingly she want to swim first time at this hotel. She loves and admire this hotel so much. We definitely back to this hotel when visit solo. Thank you.

I am satisfied stay in this hotel. I got fair price with a good large room but unfortunately got some leaking in few room when the rain came. The breakfast menu is great, they serve many variant of foods, start from international foods to traditional foods. If you bring car, you can park your car in front of your room. you can consider to stay at this hotel when you visit Solo.

It's very comfortable to stay here. There are many beautiful and good spots for taking pictures. The Balinese and ethnic nuances are very thick. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are complete. There is a gym, swimming pool, and spa. The food is varied and all delicious. The location is quite close to the city center, airport, and station. One of the must-visit hotels in Solo! Recommended 👍

excellent hospitality and facilities.
Comfortable and spacious room.
Quiet and fast internet.
The swimming pool is quite clean although there are some dry leaves and floating cork.
Some points that need to be considered by the management:
My child ate a bit messy on the floor of the room but not long after that many ants appeared.
The food served for breakfast was cold. The rice porridge that I took was also cold. The sweet breads also felt hard and cold.
Apart from the 2 above, everything was very good and satisfying.

until there is no policy, change the date even though I did not come to check in, because I wanted to stay on May 30th, and I transferred money on May 29th at 22.30 more or less 11 pm, I just realized at 2 am that I had the wrong date, I immediately confirmed it. Help change the date because I wanted to stay on the 30th but the hotel rudely hung up on me even though I hadn't finished talking. This is by reason I often stay in Jakarta. This is the first time I've been very disappointed

Staying at the residence, the atmosphere is dark at night, I'm afraid there will be naughty people, because the time I stayed was quiet so breakfast was less varied, the swimming pool was dirty, the sink was broken and the water didn't suck, there was no laundry bag so I was confused about needing plastic, there was only 1 sandal, the hotel atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful, the staff were friendly, there were lots of stairs so it was difficult to use a baby stroller to lift and hold it, not friendly for the elderly and babies

The first time I stayed in this hotel, overall, it was good. It has complete hotel facilities, starting from a playground, swimming pool, gym, and sports facility. But some dust appeared in the linen, the desk lamp needs to be kept free from dust. Hopefully someday I will stay in this hotel.
