Warm welcome and helpful receptionist. Room is clean and cozy. Quite good for budget hotel. 24-hour mini market, laundry service and resto/cafe nearby for emergency. Breakfast is delivered to the room. Good enough service.

1 word: MESS!!! MOLDY PILLOWS, MOLDY ROOM, STUFFY, SMELL OF CIGARETTES, COB WEBS ON THE CEILING. I literally just entered the room 2 minutes later and then decided to check out immediately! THE PRICE AND QUALITY ARE VERY VERY DIFFERENT.

I did not even spend one hour in the hotel from the moment I arrived to the moment I left the hotel. I lost my money, but I am glad I did not lose over such a dirty and filthy place. It was a total mess and disappointment.

The receptionist was nice and I had no problem with the receptionist, but the hotel was super disappointing. Dirty, old, filthy, the bed, mattress, and pillows all had unclear marks, the old walls were not maintained with unclear marks too. The room smelled, the AC was not cold, the plugs were all crooked, the table was dirty and also defective..

There was black mold in room 301, the end of the mattress had a leaking roof and there was a lot of mold, under the mattress was really dirty, the tissue on the table was moldy and the TV couldn't be turned on.

The room only has a TV but it doesn't work. It's useless to have a TV but it doesn't work at all, I booked 2 rooms and was very disappointed. Please improve the quality, Tirta Mansion.

The mattress, the floor is dirty. The room. Smells. The pillowcase is oh my. Black. The sheets are dirty and not changed. I have stayed at RedDoorz several times, this is the worst. I checked in at noon, but left at Maghrib. I can't stand it. I definitely can't sleep.

In the app it was written for 3 people, but when I got the information it was only for 2 people, if 3 people there would be an additional charge. It was very smelly, the toilet was clogged so I had to use the lobby toilet, there was no breakfast even though it was written in the app.
