The AC doesn't work, if you check out 10 minutes late you will be charged 30%. It's like a 5-star hotel.

very unsatisfactory byr 350 thousand the sheets smelled,,, the Kitor bathroom floor and ceramics were broken.. overall not recommended. Oh yeah 1 LG checked in at 19.00. At 00.00 went to Bromo back to the hotel at 12.00. You can't even pay to take a shower. It's crazy, anyway not recommended

Small room, broken door so use manual lock. But the staff is trustworthy, friendly, alert. The facilities need upgrading. Cheap price.

Have stayed here twice, the room is nice, the place is comfortable, clean too, but still the problem of bad wifi connection is also dead. Please fix it. The rest is okay, it's not that there is no quota, it's just that the signal in the room is really lost. The staff is very friendly, even when complaining about the wifi being dead, they were told to connect to another wifi. Well, think about it, there is only one wifi signal in the room, why are you told to connect to another room, at least check it or something. It's a shame if the place is nice but the service is not good.

The room is good, but sometimes the wifi has errors, it works for a while, it doesn't work for a while, and the last one was for a long time, the wifi didn't work for a whole day, not because I couldn't buy a data package because there was no signal at all in the room, next time the internet connection will be fixed, apart from that it's good

The room is good but not very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful except for the fat lady who received me and answered me casually while watching a movie but I have also reprimanded her immediately hopefully it will not happen again

The app listed it for 2 adults, but when we arrived the room was small, and the bed only fit 1 person. The room also seemed to have been cleaned poorly, there was still dirt in the room, like human hair, the window couldn't be locked either. The worst thing was the bathroom, the water was yellow, not clear. There was no soap provided either, apparently there is a hotel policy not to provide it. This should have been stated if it was not provided.
