I came to this inn just to take a nap, please help the staff not to hang out on the stairs or hallways, it makes people uncomfortable, then they are noisy and disturb me while I'm taking a nap. I intended to book a room so I could take a nap in the cool air conditioning, but instead it disturbed me, sigh.

strategic location but the room cleanliness is minus.. dirty closet. broken door handle. 1 light is out. broken balcony door so if you want to smoke you have to jump out the window..

At reception, we were told all the TVs were broken. Okay, maybe that was true, but when we entered the room... it was a test of courage, just using the restroom and then changing hotels. My family felt sorry for having to rest in a dirty, smelly place that didn't match the photos in the app. It would be better if the app closed this accommodation slot, because it damaged its reputation and consumers felt very disadvantaged.

The hotel staff was friendly during check-in, but unfortunately, they didn't provide any toiletries, including soap, shampoo, even sachets, or mineral water. They only provided glasses or small bottles. I've stayed here several times, so I apologize again, thank you. 🙏🏻

Upon arrival, there was no staff, so we had to wait a long time to check in. Upon arrival, the bed was extremely dirty, the room was unclean, and the TV was on but couldn't be watched due to no signal. The cupboard under the sink was rickety and dirty, and the bathroom was unclean. Overall, the room was very uncomfortable.

What I like is the cheapness. Cheap and really cheap. It seems like the hotel owner doesn't make a profit because it's so cheap during the fasting month, only 130 thousand. If you deduct VAT, it's only 100 thousand, how can you make a profit? The service is okay. The facilities are lacking because the price is already cheap. Cleanliness is okay. You can park your motorbike or car, the parking fee is up to you.
