The shower is broken, the sink is broken, there is only 1 towel, the cleanliness is not good, the bathroom door is broken and cannot be closed, the receptionist is always not in front or at the service area so it is difficult to ask for information or make complaints. The only good thing is in terms of security from the security guard.

The cleaning service asked for help to change the sheets but they didn't want to, the room that had been used by someone else smelled, when I complained they replied 🙄 first time staying overnight and I was tired and got this

Redorz ini gak Sesuai Di Foto dan Gak Sesuai di Maps, Gak ada Tulisan Redorz nya di Depan Redorz nya, Dan kamar nya pun Angker! Kamar nya Pun Gak Bersih Bau Kecoa, Kami kecewa sudah bayar Mahal tapi yang kami dapati Gak Sesuai sama Harga, Tolong Buat kalian Jangan Sampe Nginap di sini, Kecewa banget! Penjaga nya Pun Belagu, Leher hitam Belagu Lu cuma Satpam di Redorz sana.

The room is indeed spacious, only the TV doesn't turn on, the AC goes up and down when you turn it on from the switch, the price is cheap, okay. That's all. The AC goes up and down and isn't cold.
