It's a shame there are only 2 power sockets for the TV and in the bathroom, if you want to charge it you have to use the TR FI while taking a shower, there's a risk of getting wet.

Check-in and checkout times were very punctual and the staff were very friendly, and the in-room Wi-Fi was also very fast. This is definitely a great choice for a stay if you're visiting Blok M.

The location is absolutely fantastic. It's downtown and close to shopping centers. There's plenty of transportation. There's also plenty of food. It's close to banks and minimarkets.
But if in Indonesia, they sell rooms for around 300, why is that soooooo...
The room isn't maintained like a hotel. The walls are peeling and left alone. It doesn't match the advertised pictures.
Thankfully, the room was clean. It didn't smell of cigarettes, so it was still comfortable to sleep. The staff was friendly. The process was also hassle-free, even though they required collateral, ID cards, or cash. I don't know what they were for. There was no kettle, no paintings, or anything of value in the room. Hopefully, if I stay again, the room will be nicer, painted, and the curtains replaced; they won't look like the tarpaulin at Ceu Saodah's warteg. That's all.

The room was damp so it was cold and the AC was on so it was even colder. There was no air circulation and the room was also dim because there were only 2 lights not in the middle of the room.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. But the room is dirty, cockroaches are everywhere in the room every single time. The smell of the room is awful (when AC is on). The curtain is not like in the pictures, it is simply a banner that is used to cover the window. As a complement to the room, there are 2 water bottles (mini size), 2 towels (changeable everyday), 2 toothpaste and brushes (in boxes)

The cleanliness of the room really needs to be improved, if possible, spray the room with insect repellent as often as possible. The sheets and blankets feel very damp, they should be changed often even though the room is not occupied. And if you like rooms with a horror feel, please stop by and stay 😉

for a very strategic location, close to the central terminal block m, mrt station, and the viral culinary area block m area. also very close to mcdonalds which is open 24 hours and indomaret. but it's very unfortunate with the hotel ambiance which is not very interesting, the sound of songs from the billiard + karaoke place which is right next to the hotel building which is always noisy every midnight, the hotel's soundproofing is very lacking so that sounds from the next room can be heard, the slippery bathroom floor is very dangerous, unclean pillowcases, towels that don't seem clean and don't smell so they're a bit itchy after being used, the funny thing is there are some baby cockroaches that appear in this room making residents uncomfortable and worried about the cleanliness of the hotel room environment. for cold air conditioning facilities, good TV channels, and must use wifi in the hotel because the signal is difficult. hopefully the management can be improved so that it can be better, cleaner, more fragrant, more comfortable, and others.

I ordered a room but it was still being cleaned so when I entered the floor was still wet and sticky, then I asked for a non-smoking area but I could smell cigarettes, in the afternoon I couldn't hear any noise because I went out, but at night it seemed like the room was connected to a karaoke place so the vibrations were so noisy that they could be felt in the room, the room was dark, there were only 2 lights in front of the glass and the door, the ventilation was poor, I didn't get a mat or toiletries either, it was an old hotel, but the receptionist was nice. It's a shame that I was tired but couldn't rest because it was noisy, I suggest using soundproofing in rooms near the karaoke

In my entire life staying at a hotel, this is the first time a security guard has asked for additional accommodation fees, and the reception staff has even handed over the additional fees to the security. It's really strange and scary!

Super not worth it 😭😭 the room smells weird. The curtains are torn, there are cockroaches under the bed. The lights are dim, I stayed for 3 nights and only used them for 1 night. Please fix the room. The AC is not cold, the bathroom floor is slippery. Please replace the blanket, this room doesn't match the picture 😭😭 hopefully it will be better in the future
