Not recommended, the water heater doesn't work either, and the AC isn't cold either.

It doesn't match the application, it's dirty and the bathroom is really emergency, the unpleasant steam reaches the room.

The photos in the app and the real place are very different, the bathroom is really ruined, even the toilet flush is broken, so when you wash your face after pooping, you have to use a dipper to get water from the bucket 🫣 then we arrived at 1 am because there was trouble on the way, there was a house fire so we arrived late, we called the reception but there was no one there, luckily my husband was banging on his room, it's not recommended at all

The location is really good. The AC facilities are also bad. At least there should be a fan backup. The room is quite comfortable. Cleanliness is okay.

Good enough, comfortable to use as a transit, but please maintain cleanliness such as curtains that are very dusty. Made me sleep last night when checking out immediately had a cold and sneezing, the rest is quite comfortable.

Book a room for rest (transit) on the way back to Java. Incidentally booked a Double Bed room for Rp. 200,000. Disadvantages: 1. Hard mattress. 2. Dirty bathroom (check photo) 3. Broken toilet (check photo). 4. Leaky roof (check photo). 5. There is a kitchen, but it's dirty (check photo). 6. The bathroom lights are off. 7. There are only 2 TV channels. Advantages: 1. The location is quite strategic. 2. There is a car park near the room. 3. The staff at the front are quite friendly. 4. The AC is cold. Conclusion (my assessment): I will not return to stay at this inn. During our homecoming and return trip for Eid 2024, we always stayed at RedDoorz. But this is the worst RedDoorz I have ever encountered. We usually stay at RedDoorz with similar prices, but this one is really far below our expectations. Even the other RedDoorz where we stayed in Sarolangun, with prices much lower than this, but what we got was much better. When we arrived here, we were really surprised by the room we got. The bathroom was dirty, the lights were off. I didn't even feel like going to the bathroom. But because it was already night and we were tired, we just rested, we were too lazy to complain to the receptionist. At dawn, without taking a shower, we immediately started our journey again. This is my personal assessment and experience, maybe some other guests didn't find the same thing or got a different room than I got. I hope that the inn can improve the condition of the room (I forgot which room number). So if there are guests staying, at least they can get a "Decent" place to stay. Thank you.

Tempat lumayan sesuai harga harus banyak perbaikan tempat kaya kamar mandi dan tembok sekitar.

Masyaallah bersih, ada air panas, recommended.

Parkir luas. Tempat nyaman pol. Lebih kayak ke kosan sih. Semuanya bersih. Pelayanan juga 24 jam. Saran: untuk benerin selang shower karena udah di lakban sana sini. Tapi tetep rekomen kok. Mantap.

Cheap price, clean. Only 1 towel and soap are available. There is hot/warm water for bathing. The room is spacious, there is a living room, kitchen. Parking next to it is like 1 house, but there are 2 doors. Very comfortable with family. The usual place of transit when staying overnight from Padang / Palembang.
