There was no shampoo, even though the picture actually shows a shampoo bottle. The heating was off at night, which is crucial. Like most hotels, the Netflix addition was just a gimmick, and the Wi-Fi didn't even work.

A recommended location not far from Taman Safari. We arrived late yesterday. The next day, we were planning to go to Safari Resort. It's a good stopover. The location is easy to find. There's a large parking lot. There's a swimming pool and a children's play area. The rooms are on the second floor, so you have to climb stairs.

I stayed here overnight. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the room was quite clean. The staff was quite friendly. I chose a standard room without air conditioning, perhaps because the air here is already quite cold. The TV, however, was quite old-fashioned, only showing local programs. The water heater took a while to warm up. A plus was that there was a charger for electric cars, although only one line.

For the price, it's totally worth it. The atmosphere is also pleasant, there's hot water, but you do have to wait a bit for it to heat up. There's a swimming pool, but it seems like it needs to be cleaned more frequently of leaves.

The hotel is strategically located, the service is also fast, the room is big, but unfortunately it seems like the cleaners don't clean it well because when we entered the hotel there were lots of ants, dirty corners, the bathroom smelled a bit of urine, the blanket was dirty and black. But the rest is okay, from the waiter, and beyond expectations in the morning our car was clean and shiny because it was wiped by the team from the hotel.. Thanks, sir, stay healthy.
