The hotel was nice & comfortable, the staff are so friendly & always smiling, the breakfast was great because it have a lots of variety & it halal too. The provides prayer mat & Quran for muslim too in the room. Overall very satisfied.

Everytime I come to Bali I always stay at Rhadana. I am very picky about cleanliness and Rhadana Hotel (including the room and especially the toilet) is very clean. Rhadana offers a high standard of hospitality right from the front as you enter (even the security personnel). Staying at Rhadana Hotel is highly recommended whenever you are visiting Bali.

I love how the hotel was uniquely designed especially my room design themed - Borobudur Temple and paintings. I was surprised knowing that I had a room with one of my favorite historical and national treasure. It feels like my own personalized room. Thank you Rhadana for making my short trip memorable. Definitely recommended.

I stayed for 2 nights but the hot water wasn’t working. Hotel Front office staff were helpful when we asked if there was motorbike rental. We met two securities, the one was helpful and talkative, but not the other one.
The pool was nice and quiet.
Would gladly stay here next time

For you moslem travellers, their restaurant (and of course all of their foods and beverages) is halal certified. Their hygiene and sanitation for the resto also certified by the authorities. Their pool was great, the room as well. They also have books/novels in their public space, you can read it if you want. Our room was next to the elevator, yet we didn't hear any noise from it.
The location is also strategic. You can find IKEA on foot, around 10 minutes walk. Falala Chocolates & Pia Eiji just 15 minutes from hotel. And, Pie Susu Dhian right across the hotel. Frankly speaking, it's a lot easier to explore surrounding area on foot than by any transportation, since the road looks like always crowded. Anyway, we had so much fun stayed there....

The hotel staff is friendly and communicative. The room is clean and tidy. It's just that in the premium twin room there is no hair dryer, even though when I first booked it I read that there was a hair dryer facility. There are no hotel slippers, and the night light on the bedside table doesn't work. The rest of the things work well and my vacation went smoothly. Thank you :)
