The room is clean and comfortable, the downside is that if you bring a car, it is difficult to park when there are lots of guests and while there the wifi cannot be accessed.

There's Wi-Fi, but they don't give you the password right away upon check-in. There's no water heater. The bathroom drain was blocked. For the price listed, you should be able to get more amenities.

The room smelled like a septic tank. Wi-Fi is available, but very weak. Safe and convenient location.

Vi's house is the best. Very pleasant.

Overall, staying here is really worth it for that budget, with that price the vibes can be said to be "best in class/at that price". Some plus & minus points, hmm starting with the pluses first: + The interior design is super duper modern, the vibes are not like those in 300 thousand rupiah inns + Sleeping in a room without vehicle noise, quite close, so far from the sound of motorbikes/cars + Got a balcony that also faces the sea, feels like you can see the sunrise in the morning + The room has a smart TV + What I can't stop thinking about, the toothpaste is Pepsodent bro at that price Now the minuses: - The entrance is uphill, it's okay if pedestrians carry luggage, but if you have a vehicle so far it's safe - Even though it has a smart TV, unfortunately the Wi-Fi signal is bad - There is no hot water (understandably for that price) - The water is yellow at the beginning, 20-30 seconds later it's normal - The water filter doesn't seem to be optimal, it feels a bit hard/dry/rough after a shower That's all

The place is close to the city center, clean, fragrant, friendly receptionist, nice view because there is a balcony and lights.

Very comfortable accommodation 😍 I'm really happy to be able to get a hotel-style accommodation, the place is clean, the room smells good, the AC is cold, the toilet is clean and the water is also strong. The staff are friendly, smiling. When asked, they always answer well. On TV, you can watch YouTube, it is recommended for those who bring children so they can watch their favorite cartoons calmly. With that price, I am very satisfied. Will stay here again if I go to Balikpapan 😍

Homestay feels like a 4-star hotel. Really clean, fragrant, spacious rooms, suitable for a staycation with family.

Overall ok..it's just a shame if there was a water heater and a kettle inside it would be even better..
