Good food, the room is quite large. There's a little playground for kids under 5yrs to play inside. It's a nice place for spending time with family.

The hotel is close to the Bogor Botanical Gardens so that you can go to the Bogor Botanical Gardens on foot, close to the BTM Mall, on the right and left side close to banks making it easier to go to an ATM. Lots of snacks around the hotel. The lobby smells really good but it's a shame the lobby isn't cold enough. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, AC and hot water work well. But it's a shame the room isn't soundproof because if someone walks on the top floor, the sound will be heard. But overall the hotel is good in terms of interior and service. Next time will stay here again.

The room is clean and spacious. There is no hairdryer. The room view is also mountain. It's just a shame, even though the req is upstairs but gets the 3rd floor, it's okay, the view is good.

Good service, friendly staff. Great food with jumbo portions. The warm water works well, the toilet is quite spacious and clean. Close to the Suryakencana culinary center and across from the botanical gardens. The drawback: the restaurant's air conditioner is not cold enough. Next time I go to Bogor, I will stay here again.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the response is also good, friendly. And you can request a birthday cake 😊 and to eat it, maybe you can adjust it again for the taste.

Check-in had no problems at all, the room was OK, the fridge was cold, the hot water was TOP independently, the air conditioner was cold but not cold enough. There is a playground, swimming pool. Mountain view from pool and restaurant. Location OK

Thank you Royal Hotel Bogor, at first I needed an early check-in because there was an online meeting because it wasn't possible, finally the clerk offered me a room, thank you. The food is actually delicious but maybe it would be even better if it was served warm / maybe the heater could be turned on because taking the chicken porridge was cold, the dimsum was still a bit frozen because the position was at the bottom, the black coffee was not hot, even though the main course was very good. it's pretty good. Thank you Royal Hotel Bogor, hopefully it will be even better in the future.
