I like this hotel and it's my second time I stay here. It's just across the Bogor Botanical Garden and close to the mall. The room is clean and good size. The staffs are friendly too. I recommend this hotel to my friends.

Perfect location opposite Bogor Botanical Garden, I got nice room with view at 6 floor, good breakfast, friendly hotel staff, easy check in. Mac D burger and other eating places nearby

Last minute booking due to Eid, luckily got 2 deluxe rooms for first night and 1 superior on the second night. Super excited that I got to upgrade my room to balcony and the superior to deluxe! The breakfast is great and the staff is also fast regarding the full book on the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality, Royal Hotel!

The hotel is easy to access, close to the mall, close to Surken. The lobby is spacious, check in is easy, breakfast food is less varied, the pool is small but the view is great. But I had an unpleasant experience yesterday when I stayed. In room 302, there was no mountain view, and what was really disturbing was the sound of motorbikes speeding in the middle of the night (because the hotel is on the side of the road). This made me unable to sleep soundly. It was really disturbing, I don't know if it was because I got a room on the 3rd floor right in front of the road. Next time I don't want to stay in 302. Otherwise, it's really comfortable.

The furnitures of the hotel seemed old, but we know that it had its time in the past. However, due to lack of maintenance, some parts of the bathroom had been in not good condition anymore. The towels had been thin and a bit rough. Lighting in the room is quite dark. Not many electric plugs in the hotel. If it is a city view room, lower floor, even around midnight, you can still hear some noise.
The plus points are location (very strategic) and the view of Mount Salak (from the pool and some of the rooms), accessibility (walking distance from train station); perfect for weekend getaway.

I hope to come here again, I haven't tried the swimming pool and the food, the staff should be friendlier, the hotel's location is near the shopping center, suggestions for passengers who want to use the train, Bogor station is near the hotel
