My experience while staying at this hotel was terrible. The staff were completely disrespectful. When I left my room for a moment, I suddenly returned to find someone entering my room. Some of my belongings, such as snacks, tissues, and room amenities like coffee and a water heater, were used. There was even coffee on my room table. I never drink coffee. The service was truly terrible. How could anyone enter and access my room? When I reported it to the receptionist, their excuse was completely unreasonable, saying someone had entered the wrong room. It was beyond logic. And there was no clear explanation or accountability given to me regarding this matter.

Friendly receptionist. Check-in is fast and the breakfast has lots of variety and is delicious. Breakfast star at 6.00 wit closes at 10.000 wit. Housekeeping fast response and close to the port. There are many places to eat around the hotel. If you want to eat grilled fish at night, take a motorbike taxi to the wall, it costs 14,000. 3km away. There is also a nightclub around the hotel. If you just want to drink casually alone with friends while chatting with alcohol in the hotel pantry, it's also available. Hotel rooms are clean and tidy. Free wifi entertainment. tv. There is a small fridge which I bought myself. Free water. Coffee. Tea and hot water kettle available. Affordable prices. I got the price of 400 thousand messages via the application. Don't worry about bringing a lot of stuff between the waiters from the front of the hotel to the room. Top anyway.
