The first impression of staying here was very pleasant, the hotel staff was very friendly, the service was very pleasant, I stayed in Leopard which is at the back but the feeder car was always there to facilitate guests in and out wherever they went, because this hotel is very spacious. The mini zoo facilities are also good and clean, the playground such as the swimming pool is very good and the pool staff even distributed soap bubbles in the pool to entertain the children. Thank you Royal Safari Hotel, a very memorable family vacation here, very kids friendly.

This family-friendly hotel offers comprehensive facilities for families, and the service is very friendly and satisfying. We didn't have any trouble finding information, as all the staff were very helpful. We stayed on a weekend, and the hotel was quite full, but that didn't detract from our comfortable stay.

The staff are all friendly, even the drivers who come and go. The tours for children are varied, making the kids happy and the parents happy. Perhaps there could be some updates or renovations to the bungalow types, like the Lion type. Overall, it's okay, the kids are happy and the parents are happy.

To avoid the opening and closing times on the Puncak route, we decided to arrive early to this hotel, hoping there would be an early check-in policy, but it turned out not to be possible, perhaps the room was not ready. Finally, we just registered at the reception, the staff at the reception during registration was unfriendly, rushed and uninformative, also misinformed, they said when the room was ready they would notify via WhatsApp, but until 3:10 PM there was still no information, finally I immediately went to the reception, it turned out the room was ready and we could pick up the room key. Then we also asked the reception staff about our son's birthday celebration, he said it was no longer possible, how nice it would be if we were told that the Savana restaurant had a birthday service, so we wouldn't have to bother looking for a birthday cake and other things outside the hotel. But luckily the other staff were friendly, kind and willing to help and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

Excellent Family Getaway!
Our stay at Royal Safari Resort was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a true sense of relaxation. What really set this place apart was the incredible zoo and animal experiences right on the property. My kids were thrilled to feed the animals and ride the ponies—it was an unforgettable experience for them.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The pools were lovely, and the food options were great too. If you're looking for a unique, positive, and fun-filled family resort, this is definitely it. Highly recommended!

A child- and family-friendly hotel.👍
My only complaint is that I had to check in at 3:00 PM, even though I saw other guests checking in before 3:00 PM.
I requested early check-in because my kids were exhausted from the traffic jam.
Is it because I booked through Traveloka that I couldn't check in early?

Very pretty and well appointed resort / hotel. Product is great . Services are hit / miss … 1) I wish someone gives a tour of resort at check in (I was very lost trying to find my way around- it would be great to do so to get the full experience) 2) animal feeding / interaction : cafe sent to ticket counter which was empty - which was directed to some souvenir shop - then keeper was missing for 20mins - kids got frustrated & we ended up giving the purchase ticket back due to this disorganised chaos (needless) 3) housekeeping services - had to wait for 1 hour for room clean/bed sheet change, despite several calls/follow ups :( - that was frustrating especially if you’re trying to put tired toddlers to sleep

Excellent Family Getaway!
Our stay at Royal Safari Resort was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a true sense of relaxation. What really set this place apart was the incredible zoo and animal experiences right on the property. My kids were thrilled to feed the animals and ride the ponies—it was an unforgettable experience for them.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The pools were lovely, and the food options were great too. If you're looking for a unique, positive, and fun-filled family resort, this is definitely it. Highly recommended!

A variety of children's activities within the hotel, priced between 50,000 and 300,000 Rupiah. Spacious and clean rooms. Located on the main road, close to minimarkets and various culinary options. Breakfast is delicious and varied.

A child- and family-friendly hotel.👍
My only complaint is that I had to check in at 3:00 PM, even though I saw other guests checking in before 3:00 PM.
I requested early check-in because my kids were exhausted from the traffic jam.
Is it because I booked through Traveloka that I couldn't check in early?

Very pretty and well appointed resort / hotel. Product is great . Services are hit / miss … 1) I wish someone gives a tour of resort at check in (I was very lost trying to find my way around- it would be great to do so to get the full experience) 2) animal feeding / interaction : cafe sent to ticket counter which was empty - which was directed to some souvenir shop - then keeper was missing for 20mins - kids got frustrated & we ended up giving the purchase ticket back due to this disorganised chaos (needless) 3) housekeeping services - had to wait for 1 hour for room clean/bed sheet change, despite several calls/follow ups :( - that was frustrating especially if you’re trying to put tired toddlers to sleep
