Very comfortable and convenient to stay in Panda, various outdoor activities for kids, the kiddos enjoyed it a lot and cried in the last day of staying because my little one did not want to go home😀

Check in: a quick check in (around 5-10mins), but a few of guests was angry, they already in queue for about 1 hour. I came 4.30pm. Room panda deluxe: Big room, clean, looks like a new room. We can park our car in front of the room (request room with odd number, it has better view rather than even number). Bathroom: clean, but there is a puddle of due to the uneven floor. Breakfast: not too special. Entertainment: full of fun, complete attraction and games. Kids so happy. Really a family hotel, one stop full entertainment hotel. Staff: helpful and nice

Great experience staying at the hotel. A lot of activates can be done, my son was very happy: feeding the animals, swimming in the water park.

Great place for a staycation with family, lots of attraction for kids. And they can interact with animals. We stayed at the new Panda room, the view from our room is quite relaxing. It's great and nothing to complain about, the only downside it that the water heater seems not able to cope with too many users at the same time. Took a bath at 6 pm and the water is barely lukewarm, as it was no probably when bathing at 11 am. Definitely will come again with a big family.

Its the best place to stay if you want to visit Safari Park, due to location. There are many foods nearby including Cimory and Pizza Hut as well. The hotel is nicely built with lots of animals, more of a miniature of safari park. The only drawbacks are the food (breakfast is so decent, don't buy the woodfired pizza, you'll regret it) and cleanliness of the bedsheet. Otherwise, it would get a perfect score.

Ok and fun, will come back again. But everything is paid. Bikes, rackets, billiards, etc. all have a charge. Should be a hotel facility.

many choices of activities with children, children are happy starting from the breakfast session because they can take pictures with cockatoos, in front of the restaurant there are also zebras. there is an aviary where you can feed birds directly from your hand, ride elephants, feed herbivores, fish, carousel, bombom car, waterplay, eat with giraffes, etc.
the staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious
it's just that considering the location of the lobby with the room is quite far and the street lights are only dim so it's a bit dark at night, lighting needs to be added. in the room building there is no one guarding it downstairs so it's quite fun when you get off the car hehe. overall okay for a vacation with children, a day there is satisfying, not bothering to find other tourist attractions

staycation at this hotel is our choice almost every year because we don't have to go anywhere here, there are various games and attractions, complete facilities and we like it the most, playing billiards here. btw at night you can hang out at the Kanoopi cafe, the snacks and food are delicious, especially while enjoying the traffic in front of the hotel... awesome

In my opinion, for a leopard room at a price of 1.3, it's not worth it, the breakfast is also very lacking for that price. Sorry, my experience may not come back again.

I stayed in the Cendrawasih room type, the room type closest to the waterpark and restaurant.
The room is very comfortable, clean and spacious ..
The staff there are all very friendly ..
The check-in process is also made easy, I was able to check in at 12 o'clock because my room happened to be ready ❤️
For breakfast, the food is delicious and very varied ..

The food variety is lacking, the room facilities are lacking where you only get 1 access card but the front office gave information that you can use another card to change access for the room lights (so you feel like you're being fooled). So please retrain the staff.
