Very comfortable and convenient to stay in Panda, various outdoor activities for kids, the kiddos enjoyed it a lot and cried in the last day of staying because my little one did not want to go home😀

Check in: a quick check in (around 5-10mins), but a few of guests was angry, they already in queue for about 1 hour. I came 4.30pm. Room panda deluxe: Big room, clean, looks like a new room. We can park our car in front of the room (request room with odd number, it has better view rather than even number). Bathroom: clean, but there is a puddle of due to the uneven floor. Breakfast: not too special. Entertainment: full of fun, complete attraction and games. Kids so happy. Really a family hotel, one stop full entertainment hotel. Staff: helpful and nice

The room is clean, but not soundproof, because when I got a connecting room, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was decent, for children's facilities everything should be free, the hot water pool is really small, it's a shame to see it when it's crowded to enter the pool.. it seems like it's only 2x2m in size, thank you..

Complete facilities, okay room. However, the bathroom is not very clean & tidy. There is no shampoo, slippery, the shower is very old-fashioned so it is a bit difficult to regulate the hot water. The water for the sitting toilet is also difficult to regulate. Overall, in terms of entertainment, bringing children here is very worth it. Delicious food, friendly staff, lots of free entertainment attractions for hotel residents so there is no need to leave the hotel.... If there is fortune, hopefully we can come back to stay here with our extended family....

The service and staff are 10000/10.
The food at the restaurant is delicious, the prices are standard hotel fare, but the breakfast is not very good.
I stayed at the Leopard, and the room wasn't soundproof; you could even hear someone coughing.
The shower is incredibly small.
Otherwise, everything here is great.

All the facilities are great, but I ordered medicine via motorcycle taxi and asked someone to deliver it to my room because it was in the middle of the night and quite far from the front lobby. They didn't deliver it until morning. I had to come over first before giving it to me, even though it contained medicine. Thank you for making me finish half a bottle of children's diarrhea medicine. ☺

I was initially hesitant because it was a bit pricey, but I was really satisfied because it felt like a small zoo inside. Highly recommended for families with kids. There are animal shows, a bird park, and you can feed elephants and giraffes. The Leopard Room is a bit old-fashioned and dim, but it's clean, and the kids enjoyed it. I asked for a baby bassinet, which was provided.
Traveloka's rates are better than the reception rates. For newer hotels, I think they're at the Panda and Giraffe Hotels.
