Very comfortable and convenient to stay in Panda, various outdoor activities for kids, the kiddos enjoyed it a lot and cried in the last day of staying because my little one did not want to go home😀

Check in: a quick check in (around 5-10mins), but a few of guests was angry, they already in queue for about 1 hour. I came 4.30pm. Room panda deluxe: Big room, clean, looks like a new room. We can park our car in front of the room (request room with odd number, it has better view rather than even number). Bathroom: clean, but there is a puddle of due to the uneven floor. Breakfast: not too special. Entertainment: full of fun, complete attraction and games. Kids so happy. Really a family hotel, one stop full entertainment hotel. Staff: helpful and nice

I had the opportunity to stay at Royal Safari Garden, and my experience was quite pleasant.
Pros:
🌳 Ambiance & Location: The fresh air typical of Puncak is very noticeable. The environment is green, with lots of trees, and the atmosphere is perfect for families.
🏨 Rooms: The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. There are several room types with attractive designs, some even animal-themed, so kids will love them.
🍴 Food: The restaurant offers a wide selection of menus, especially the breakfast, which is varied and delicious.
🎡 Facilities: Very family-friendly! There's a mini zoo, playground, swimming pool, and various outdoor activities. Kids can interact with the animals, feed them, and even ride ponies.
👨👩👧👦 Activities: There's a family entertainment program, from light outbound activities to animal shows. So you don't even have to leave the hotel to still have fun.
Cons:
🚗 Due to its location in Puncak, access can be congested on weekends, so it's best to arrive early.
📶 Wi-Fi is a bit weak in some areas, although it's quite stable in the main rooms.
💸 Food prices inside the hotel are relatively expensive compared to nearby eateries.

I have stayed at this hotel several times with different room locations, Cenderawasih and Leopard, yesterday at Panda, here I give comments regarding the cleanliness of the rooms and the surrounding environment which is lacking, as well as the lack of variety of food in the restaurant, other things are quite good in terms of staff and service.

Here's my experience and some suggestions.
- I got the 951,000 Rupiah check-in Sunday-Monday.
- The toilet wasn't very clean.
- Check-in took a very long time, at 3:00. The room should have been ready, so customers would have been contacted via WhatsApp or phone. Luckily, I went to the front office at 2:30 PM to ask, and it turned out the room was ready.
- For that price, you only get three free attractions. You have to pay for the rest, and in my opinion, it's tens of thousands of rupiah. There are more paid attractions than free ones.
- Breakfast on September 1, 2025, was very local. Nasi uduk was the main menu. For that price, I don't think the breakfast was great.

I was annoyed at night because the AC suddenly went out. Then the sink in room 15 Cendrawasih was clogged.
It's a 4-star hotel, so there shouldn't be a broken AC and a clogged sink. But everything was resolved because of the facilities and rides inside. My child was happy.
