Very comfortable and convenient to stay in Panda, various outdoor activities for kids, the kiddos enjoyed it a lot and cried in the last day of staying because my little one did not want to go home😀

Check in: a quick check in (around 5-10mins), but a few of guests was angry, they already in queue for about 1 hour. I came 4.30pm. Room panda deluxe: Big room, clean, looks like a new room. We can park our car in front of the room (request room with odd number, it has better view rather than even number). Bathroom: clean, but there is a puddle of due to the uneven floor. Breakfast: not too special. Entertainment: full of fun, complete attraction and games. Kids so happy. Really a family hotel, one stop full entertainment hotel. Staff: helpful and nice

Great experience staying at the hotel. A lot of activates can be done, my son was very happy: feeding the animals, swimming in the water park.

Full entertaining if you stay here specially with kids. However we cannot check in before 3 pm. I don't know why. Although we see the room was empty.

I got a room with a lot of mold in the wardrobe. Unfortunately, the wardrobe is right next to the bed! When the first time I entered the room, the damp and moldy smell was so strong that I had to keep the door open just to breathe comfortably because I'm breathing mold! I have filed a complaint, but no action taken by the management. This hotel has received an award from KPAI for being child-friendly, but they missed the most important thing, healthy room for children! Mold is very serious thing; It's very very dangerous for children. I've requested to move, but since it's high season, so its impossible. And because its very late, we had no choice but to stay in that room with masks on all the time. It was a very unpleasant stay experience. If you want to stay in this hotel, make sure to requested high floor because lower floor are very humid

Makanannya kadang enak kadang ga, dari 2 hari saya nginep hari senin breakfast nya ga enak hampir semua menu lauk dan sayur asin tapi pas hari selasa top sih enak, tolong ditingkatkan karena diluar itu sihh overall sudah OK.

Stayed there in long weekend 10-11 may. They have fire dance for all to watch at 7pm. I purchased the standard room with good price. I thought I would get the old room, but instead, their room is all new furnished, new carpet, new wall paint, new new and new, all fresh and it 's all totally worth! Thank you very much. Oya, my husband had a toothache, the staffs was really helpful, they help me to buy the medicine, so my husband can have good time there. Finally when checked out, we forgot to bring our baby stroller! Again. The staffs was really helpful, they keep it until I get the stroller again using Gojek.

Untuk kamar 6/10, Kamar mandi bau, suasana serem, di leopardh serem bgt hotelnya kaya losment tua. Area bau bakar sampah, area main anak seram, jalur satwa kotor, bagus bagian depan aja dalemnya tetep tua + seram.
