Very comfortable and convenient to stay in Panda, various outdoor activities for kids, the kiddos enjoyed it a lot and cried in the last day of staying because my little one did not want to go home😀

Check in: a quick check in (around 5-10mins), but a few of guests was angry, they already in queue for about 1 hour. I came 4.30pm. Room panda deluxe: Big room, clean, looks like a new room. We can park our car in front of the room (request room with odd number, it has better view rather than even number). Bathroom: clean, but there is a puddle of due to the uneven floor. Breakfast: not too special. Entertainment: full of fun, complete attraction and games. Kids so happy. Really a family hotel, one stop full entertainment hotel. Staff: helpful and nice

Great place for a staycation with family, lots of attraction for kids. And they can interact with animals. We stayed at the new Panda room, the view from our room is quite relaxing. It's great and nothing to complain about, the only downside it that the water heater seems not able to cope with too many users at the same time. Took a bath at 6 pm and the water is barely lukewarm, as it was no probably when bathing at 11 am. Definitely will come again with a big family.

Its the best place to stay if you want to visit Safari Park, due to location. There are many foods nearby including Cimory and Pizza Hut as well. The hotel is nicely built with lots of animals, more of a miniature of safari park. The only drawbacks are the food (breakfast is so decent, don't buy the woodfired pizza, you'll regret it) and cleanliness of the bedsheet. Otherwise, it would get a perfect score.

The first time I came here I brought my family, thank God everyone was happy. Next time I'll come here again when my kids are in elementary or junior high school hehe, so they can go on the rides and see the animals hehe. The best ❤️

A pleasant experience at Royal Safari Garden.
+ Check in faster because the room was ready
+ Staff are very friendly and helpful
+ Food at breakfast and in the cafe is delicious and varied
+ Facilities in Royal Safari Garden are quite complete, so it's satisfying to explore
- The room is not soundproof. I was in Panda 113, it was very noisy above my room. Contact the operator, the front office at 22.00 took quite a long time to pick up the phone.
Finally, try calling the operator again, they pick up, and ask for help to inform the room above so that it is not too noisy. But it turns out it is still noisy.
30 minutes later, try calling the front office again to help inform the guest above, finally it was quiet for a while but then it was noisy again.
Honestly, it is very disturbing because the room is not soundproof because I couldn't sleep that night. Hopefully it can be input, at least there is a reminder to hotel guests so that after 21.00 it is not noisy. Thank you

just entering for the first time, the place is already very nice, beautiful lobby, no need to leave the hotel, all the facilities are complete inside, playground, now zoo, animal shows, elephants, horses, zebras, giraffes, lots of them. staying here for 3 days, the kids are happy and don't want to leave, the food is delicious, there are lots of variations. so for those who want to staycation with kids, this hotel is the best choice. I stayed at Giraffe, took the Executive, there is a balcony. parking is not far either, just park in front of the Giraffe building, it was fun.
on the 2nd day without planning we bought tickets for the Safari park, there was a special discount for guests who stayed overnight. not bad, really worth it to get a good experience, dedicated for children, only the rides at Safari are specifically for children aged 2 years and above. but a 1 year old child is already asked to pay even though there is nothing that the child can play with, the payment should have been made directly from the age of 2 years, not 1 year old told to pay but there is no ride that can be ridden. but all the others 👍😎
