First time staying here, it was worth it! In the middle of the city and the room is very nice in my opinion, the price is also quite cheap. Although the elevator is a bit slow, but the hotel atmosphere is very warm, there is a rooftop, quite spacious parking, clean bedrooms and bathrooms with water heaters, there is a TV and can Netflix, a shoe rack that is integrated with the wall is already available outside the wall, and getting a room with a view of the Jakarta skyscraper makes me want to stay here for a long time 😍 will be back soon to stay at this hotel again. It is truly a hidden gem hotel in my opinion

The hotel is nice, aesthetically pleasing, with a beautiful view, and you can enjoy coffee without having to go far. Parking is available and the staff is friendly.
Those who like to cook also have a shared kitchen.
The downsides are the alley, which is narrow for cars, and the elevator is a bit scary. Overall, it's really nice.

The environment is actually pleasant, and the facilities are complete: a refrigerator and free-flow mineral water from the dispenser. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the duvet and sheets smell good, towels and amenities are provided, and there's a Smart TV. However, the receptionist at check-in was unfriendly and unhelpful. When we arrived, she was just smoking while we were confused about where to park. Then, when we wanted to go to our room, she didn't tell us where the room was or how to get there. Luckily, the receptionist was friendly at check-out.

Upon arrival, the hotel gate was closed, and security was not present. We decided to open the gate ourselves. We saw a parking space. When we wanted to park, either the FO or the hotel guard told us that the parking space was only for residents with monthly contracts. We then learned that this was a rental property, a type of boarding house that could be daily, weekly, or monthly. I ultimately decided to cancel my check-in. Besides the parking space not being available for daily guests, the keys were also handed over to the hotel guard. A full parking lot automatically meant cars would be moved around constantly. It would be fine if the driver cared about the vehicle, but we never knew if it was scratched or bumped into another vehicle. This was because the car was positioned parallel to the designated parking space. It's recommended that guests be aware of this in the description. There was a trash bin next to the security post that was completely full.

As per the photos, the room was clean, the towels smelled nice, and the bathroom was complete with toiletries and mineral water. It was okay for the price.

The motorbike parking is quite spacious, the check-in process is fast, there is a choice of cash deposit or holding your ID card, the room is clean, the AC is cold, there is a dispenser, there are bath soap, towels, tissues, the TV is smart

Choose to stay here because there are activities at Smesco. The distance is quite far from Smesco, about 800 meters if you walk, it's a bit tiring if you come home from busy activities. You can definitely use an online taxi or online motorcycle taxi, there are many alternative routes through the alley. The impression when I arrived at this inn, the exterior is really good. It's unique for an inn that is actually an elite boarding house. The parking lot is quite spacious, there is also a gate. When you enter the lobby, there is a cafeteria, sofa, bench, table, and reception desk. The receptionist is friendly. Notes for a guarantee of staying overnight, you can use your ID card or 100k (one of them).
To access the room hallway, you have to tap the card on the door. The room hallway is really nice like a hotel. There is a place to put shoes on the front wall of each room. Access to the room door still uses a manual key
When I first entered the room, I was a bit surprised because the window and roller blind were open, but I think that was to indicate that the room was empty. The window faces the back garden and across from it is another room
Inside the room there is 1 queen bedroom, AC, study table, chair, smart TV, large wardrobe, and bathroom. Got toiletries towels, toothbrush, soap, and toothpaste. But unfortunately when the toothpaste was opened there were items, maybe because it was old.
Overall for this lodging or boarding house it is very comfortable, aesthetic, clean, comfortable, quite close to the main road, very worth it for that price
