My experience staying at Rumah Kito Resort Hotel Jambi was very pleasant, I stayed with my husband. The hotel concept is very interesting, on the front terrace of each room there is a koi pond and various other fish, when sleeping at night it feels very quiet and only the sound of gurgling water is heard which is very calming, sleep becomes sound and very quality. Rumah Kito Resort Hotel Jambi is suitable for families, and is child-friendly because there is a swimming pool next to the dining/breakfast area. Free bicycles are also provided for those who stay, in the morning my husband and I tried to ride bicycles around to the Puri Mayang housing complex. The service is also very good, all the waiters and staff of Rumah Kito Resort Hotel Jambi are very friendly and pleasant, thank you Rumah Kito Resort Hotel Jambi by Waringin Hospitality 🙏🏻.

everything is good for the umpteenth time I stayed here, it has improved a bit... but the room door can't be locked... (115)
One more suggestion: If there is an additional charge for children's food, it should be announced from the start of check-in.... don't tell them in the morning at the restaurant, especially when they have already taken food from their plates... the staff in blue shirts just came to tell them... that's all and thank you. novel all good! just a bit surprised. so the comfort immediately drops.

The atmosphere is very pleasant, like a villa in Bali. The swimming pool is generally spacious. Unfortunately, some of the cleaning service staff are rude. But not all of them, just one. But overall, it's okay for relaxing the mind.

The floor of the room I stayed in was very sticky as if it hadn't been mopped and the bathroom was a bit dirty, even though I waited for more than 1 hour to check in. It was a real shame.

I waited quite a long time to check in because the room hadn't been cleaned yet. What I saw was that the maintenance staff wasn't very quick in cleaning the room. I saw many rooms that hadn't been cleaned until the evening, even though there were quite a lot of visitors.

the hotel staff is not friendly and not responsive to help.
need a lot of improvements to the room facilities especially the toilet and the floor of the room. the toilet door is broken, the toilet seat is also broken, many of the room floors are loose, and can be dangerous. there are also many ants and mosquitoes in the room. hopefully this input can be used as a consideration for improvement.
