Rumi Semarang is not like 2 Stars Hotel, its most likely Guest Host, very standard facility.

Affordable room rate, I can get lots of food and beverages surroundings Rumi, with also cheap prices. The room was clean, the air cond worked well, I could get free flow of mineral water at front desk, cool and hot water to had my tea and coffee. Great place to stay near Universitas Diponegoro.

The front office literally did nothing other than talking with his colleague and playing handphone, no help with my baggage though they know that there are too many stairs. The room smelly and the hexos fan was not working at all, so it wasn't a good experience for me.

The hotel isn't that bad but maybe because I don't do online check-in, they hadn't clean the room yet. The dust on floor can be seen and feel with your toes. The facilities are already good, just need them to clean the room more.

The room so dirty, there is a lipstick spot in the wall, I stayed for 3 rooms and have same problem. And I feel like the employee is not really helpful with my request, I request with go to the lobby, and I wait almost an hour but I need to follow up my request by phone. This time I feel like Rumi has different management I think? So sad, because my first time in Rumi, Rumi really have good service and good room with affordable price.
